    Hello Dra, Gretchent.
Suddlenly, I found your clips. I´m MS patient from Spain. I have been suffering from MS since 2011 year. Now, I´m 34 years old and I´m in a wheelchair. Nonetheless, I´m fight versus MS everyday walking with my cruches because I have to recover. I know I´ll not recoverd but I´m pretty sure that I could improve my life.
My English too, so I will see all your clips and I have suscribed to this RUclips channel.
I´m just watching them in order to improve my English. Nah, It´s a joke :P.
Thank you very much for them. I´ll try it it tomorrow in the swimming pool :).

I have been doing better because there really is a difference between exercising and moving. I needed to hear what I always felt but never knew how to express it

I dont always attend my local, monthly MS Friends Unite here in Louisiana. The very first time I did,Dr.Gretchen was there! I have been a super fan since then!

You can't imagine the good you do me.... I've only recently come to know you through Dr. Wahls. I wish I'd known you before.
Everything seems so simple when you speak... And it gives me hope because I've been walking badly since the end of my confinement in France. No doctor has ever spoken to me like you.... Thank you so much! i feel i can improve myself now…

Another great lesson Dr. Gretchen! Thanks for clarifying the difference between functional exercises and more typical PT exercises!

Thank you. So much better than going to general PT who don't understand the MS issues people experience.

When I step out and lift my right leg I get so dizzy and my let leg also.
But I'm 67 years old. My back or spin and neck are degenerative maybe this is what causes my problem.
    Love your videos.

Had my right knee replaced in 2017, my left knee is bone on bone. I don't have the strength in my left to get up without holding on to something.

Stroke spSticity and ms spascity benefit from the same stretches and exercises?

While the content shared is created for those with MS in mind, the strategies, exercises, and stretches shared are also beneficial for other neurological diagnosis such as stroke, rhemautoid arthritis, and Parkinson's.
