I have to say, that looked yummy and its made me hungry lol!!! I haven't tried that brand yet, but I intend to. I have used Mtn House and Readywise and a couple others yrs ago that I can't remember the brandnames of them lol!! But your right most have a funky taste to them that takes some getting used to.
The Chicken Alfredo by Peak was pretty damn good. Would look forward to eating it again. I don't like their beef stroganoff though; just not quite the right flavor for me. Most peaks I have tried are pretty good but so far the Chicken Alfredo was an unexpected surprise.

If you try this one, would like to hear how you like it. Definitely does not have that bacpacker meal taste.

I'm not a fan of the stroganoff either. Not sure what flavor I'll try next., but this one is definitely my favorite so far!
I found the Peak meals to be delicious also. Note these pouches are 2 servings just saying for people noting nutritional values. I
