i took off the door handle successfully and now i cant put it back in. the torx screw behind the door handle is now covered since the door handle is out. so im stuck

Thank you for watching our DIY video. The best thing to do is to take the door panel out so you could put the handle back. Hope that helps.

Hi. I have a key stuck in the driver's side door lock on my 2006 BMW 530xi. Any suggestions on how to remove it? I tried all the usual stuff - getting ready to remove the door panel and take the whole lock cylinder out.

@@bimmermerchant Hi. Not too late of a response because the key is still in the door lock! I'm still driving with a spare but would love to get the key out of the lock if you have any suggestions.

@@tanyawadhwani6789 mine just got stuck, slowly turned the key with pliers, had to remove the door panel to help the lock to turn.works now but not as good as before,, need a new lock eventually or fix the damn trunk wires 😁

@@pagaabel1132 Thanks. We ended up having to pull the key out with pliers too - had the door panel off but couldn't save the key. Haven't tried to use the lock system again. The doors stay unlocked! Lucky I live some place safe.
