I honestly didn't even plan that. I noticed that the switch hit the board in the right spot to make that effect work while I was editing, and knew what I had to do. 😆
As long as the switch isn't damaged or fused to the hot swap sleeve, you're right. I kinda trust the build quality on the cheaper one more though, since there are fewer possible failure points.
Teh gateron puller has actually been shown to wear out after as little as one keyboards worth of switches. If this thing is durable than it's already better than the Gateron puller.

That edit at 9:10 was too cool :0!

Best I can do is a "keyboard tool", and it ain't wrong. 😆
Excellent review!, Thanks!
Thanks right back at you! I hope the info helps.

ngl the gateron one looks better. seems like it'l make switch pulling a lot more efficient.

Honestly, it is a tool you will use for a long time.. does it matter to save the amount of dollars for some unproven ones ?

If anyone pays $35 for that, they are getting ripped off. I got it at Microcenter for $4.
The Gateron switch puller is notoriously bad. Use it for a little while and the puller pins get bent out of shape making it useless.
