Am now 52 years old and love being part of the Catholic Church, love the Pope and having a small but visible influence on my (Protestant) husband and four children. I’m a former Charismatic, non denominational christian. I’m now Catholic. I absolutely love being Catholic. It is indeed the fullness of truth! I have fallen in love with the Eucharist!
I was able to be part of the Catholic Charismatic movement in California. I am now in Utah and Catholics area small minority so I am not able to here, but it was a wonderful experience and many of the teens in my Confirmation classes had moving experiences.
Cradle Catholic here and I’m barely starting to fall in love with the Eucharist. Sometime us Catholics downplay or take for granted “our inheritance”. I’ve been inspired and converted by Catholicism thanks to former Protestant brothers and sisters.
This is why I became Catholic. How incredible to discover that God had more sacraments, more Scripture, and more joy to give me that I ever knew before.
Been Catholic for one year at Easter. I thirsted for more... for fullness of truth. I listened to a priest in RCIA and I felt... Lord, here are the words of life! Where else shall I go? I'm in tears, you put this so well. After growing up Baptist and Evangelical, this is exactly what becoming Catholic was like. I finally have what most Christians through history have had: the entire Bible, Christian tradition, and the sacraments. 15 years since entering the Church and every single day I'm grateful to be Catholic.
I've asked above, but I'll ask again here, sister. What was your conversion story like? Do you have peace even though you reject Unconditional eternal security and have exchanged it for conditional security? I'm not seeking to argue, only to understand. :)

I’m so glad for the Bible in a year podcast. I started it a few weeks ago and ended up buying the Great Adventure Bible so I could follow along more easily.
I started praying the rosary and there is nothing like it. I feel so much peace. I'm still a bit uncertain since I've been protestant most of my adult life but I can't deny what I'm feeling. I love how the Catholics focus on Jesus' death on the cross among other things. Pray for me 🙏
The best thing that has ever happened to me. It’s hard to articulate how endlessly fulfilling, beautiful, fascinating, profound, transformative it is to be Catholic
Thank you so much for this video Fr. Mike. Lately I have been struggling in this aspect of my faith journey. At my parish I have been trying to establish a Young Adult Ministry because I feel my heart longing for friendship with fellow Catholics. It has been a difficult journey and it has been discouraging at times. I see my friends who attend protestant churches and often feel sadness about not being able to fully relate in our faith. I love the Catholic Church and I ask you to pray for the Ministry to grow.
I used to think you were so annoying... but every time I hear you talk, I hear consistent truth and realize it doesn't matter. Now, I find your voice enormously relatable, and listen daily because the message is true and sincere. Thanks for sharing. Even in your calling that generosity of spirit should not be undervalued. Thanks again.

God bless you, Fr. Michael . I have been binge listening to the Bible in a Year podcast having covered about 75 days in less than a month. I listen when I am driving to and from work, when I am cooking, when I am walking the dog etc. It is having an extraordinary impact on me, at the age of 57 because I never understood the Old Testament before apart from a few passages read in church. I was even scared to read too much lest I lose my faith in a good and loving God from the New Testament. When confronted with atheists who quoted from The Old Testament inquiring rhetorically about genocide, I had no answer other than 'my heart and my dreams tell me that God exists and that Jesus loves us'. God bless you for your extraordinary and joyful work.
When I returned to Church and went to confession the first time the priest’s comment on me having the first confession and mass in 2 years was thank God you’re here now. I felt he was truly happy to know someone returned to God.
So good! I’m so glad God brought me home to the fullness of truth in the Catholic Church! I did feel like someone had been hiding the extra books and all the beauty of the faith that was once delivered to the saints from me! It’s seriously a coming home feeling and I love it!! Thank you for all the teachings you do they have always helped me learn!
Amen - I love how he combats almost outright disdain for us, with a well crafted, historically accurate, and overall positive message. God bless you Fr Mike. Your enthusiasm is truly contagious 🙏🏼
Some good role modeling, today. One of the best examples of how to avoid arguments. People need Jesus. It’s like knowing your family’s secret: where the best blackberry bushes are. You can argue with others over which is best, or just show people where to get the best berries. Share what you love.

my most precious gifts are my son and my religion. I love being catholic!
Father, I’ve been Catholic even before I was born. I’ve never heard our inheritance described so beautifully.
I had treatment a few months a go.. I asked the hosbital for " chaple prayer" a catholic priest showed up we did communion... after I received communion, many people wanted prayer and communion too! I'm so glad I asked it for myself because I had other catholic wanted communion and prayer as well!... just speak up.. God will answer
This video motivated me to e-mail the pastor of my local parish about my interest in Catholicism. I've been on the fence, but Fr. Schmitz's words really pushed my motivation over the edge. Thank you, and please pray for me.
Prayers
Praise God for your choice to act! I will be praying for you
I’m so glad for the Bible in a year podcast. I started it a few weeks ago and ended up buying the Great Adventure Bible so I could follow along more easily.
I live being Catholic ♥.
Absolutely amazing to have been led by my Lord, our Jesus! to the fullness😃💙🌹
"You don't have to figure it out on your own" That a major thing that didn't feel right in protestantism.
i treasure my catholic faith, authentic to history and the wonderful sacriments of and from the originations of christianity.
Another beautiful explanation; thank you, father Mike!
God bless you, Fr. Mike. I'm so glad I found you 2 months ago. I found a wonderful church the day after I found you. Thank you. 🙏 🇺🇸
Id love to listen to a talk about those 7 chapters.
7 Books, Go to the Council of Carthage
Check out The Bible in a Year podcast. They are there, in-depth.
You said it all, proud catholic
This is ABSOLUTE GOLD, Father Mike. God Bless you more.
Wonderful message, perhaps especially for former secular fools like me.
It is a blessing to have the fullness of truth. Let’s all claim our inheritance. There’s so much joy!!! Praise God! 🙏❤
Thank you ❤
Daily thankful to have been given this grace to believe!!❤🙏➕️ God bless you all my sisters & brothers!!!
Amazing. Jesus I trust in you
Me too I truly love love love my beautiful Catholic faith and all it entails!!🇻🇦🇻🇦🇻🇦😍
Love you Fr. Mike! ❤❤❤ Thank you!
The amount of People that have told Me The Devil, dose not exist. Is so very SAD. I have been told this to My Face so many times😭
AMEN!! Father Mike 🙏
Great video father Mike, hope you're doing well. God bless
So excited to have reverted back to Catholicism. After I did, my husband went through RCIA and is now Catholic! It truly is the fullness of the faith !
Thanks, Fr Mike, for a beautiful affirmation of our faith. Amen, God Bless. Claire.
Amen Father Mike. I too love being Catholic. Our churches here in South Africa are mostly full. But have to keep praying for protection and those souls who have moved away from out Lord and Saviour 🙏➕🙌
Great explanation, Father Mike! Thank you. I am a lifetime Catholic, it's all I know and all I care to know. I ask God to help me increase my faith and help me become a better person.
I love how you explain everything Padre. God bless you and the team.
So be it, Greetings from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷
Thank you Father for your way of simply explaining my Catholic faith. This will help me to explain it to others. 🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️
Thanks to God and my mother for teaching me the Catholic Faith.
Beautifully said Fr. Mike, God Bless
Amen Fr. Mike and God bless
I do wish orthodoxy was mentioned, reguardless it’s a lovely video. Love the channel, God bless you
they're still apostolic, so its a different situation than protestants
When I returned to Church and went to confession the first time the priest’s comment on me having the first confession and mass in 2 years was thank God you’re here now. I felt he was truly happy to know someone returned to God.
So good! I’m so glad God brought me home to the fullness of truth in the Catholic Church! I did feel like someone had been hiding the extra books and all the beauty of the faith that was once delivered to the saints from me! It’s seriously a coming home feeling and I love it!! Thank you for all the teachings you do they have always helped me learn!
God bless you for doing these father❤
Call him for what he is..a priest lol
Amen - I love how he combats almost outright disdain for us, with a well crafted, historically accurate, and overall positive message. God bless you Fr Mike. Your enthusiasm is truly contagious 🙏🏼
I thank God for my Catholic religion ❤
i love being a Catholic Christian. and you played a big part on my journey Father Mike. God bless! 🙏✝️
Very informative. Thank you. Amen 🙏
Some good role modeling, today.
One of the best examples of how to avoid arguments.
People need Jesus. It’s like knowing your family’s secret: where the best blackberry bushes are. You can argue with others over which is best, or just show people where to get the best berries. Share what you love.
I like the love that your face shows, the love of Jesus.
Blessed and grateful to be Catholic. I’m a cradle Catholic, but took a detour into the Episcopal church for 27 years. I’m back and confirmed. I love being Catholic!
I love being Catholic so much! What a gift!! Deo gratias 💙
Amen !!!!!!!!! 🙏
Praise to God and Jesus Christ😇🙏❤
