Good Morning Bonnie. I really Loved this video. Cammy is really an Incredible person to go through such a lot of things in her Life. She is now a very Positive and Strong person. What you are doing is just so Amasing Bonnie. Excellent cleaning, de-cluttering and giving Cammy a very Beautiful home for her again. I am very Proud and Admire you Bonnie. Kindest Regards to You. Jonathan/ England.
my youngest son (39) is a licensed master plumber and has said he would never install a garbage disposal. first, nothing but liquid should go down a drain and disposals do not chop up enough at all. so, unless you like paying $200 or more per hour to a plumber to unclog your pipes, best not use disposals. non-liquid waste should be caught by strainers in your sink, so they don't accidentally go down the drain and should be dumped in the trash. also, what you're allowed to put in disposal is very limited, but people don't stop with those items and tend to use for everything! they never fully empty and can cause smells, due to germ build up too. also, if the stoppage is in your sewer drain, in yard, it could cost $10,000 - $30,000 or more to have excavation and repairs done on that! not worth it to me. my son does tell people that insist on having them, that they should be prepared to pay more plumbing repair bills. other places may not allow them for that reason. not only bad for individual home plumbing, but sewer issues, as well. esp in apt bldgs! lol also, Bonnie, i noticed you like to wash your dishes before putting in dishwasher. i saw something on this, stating not good idea. just clean off large particles (chunks) of food. the new dishwasher detergents have surfactants in them to take care of food on dishes and if dishes are cleaned first, the surfactants have nothing to "eat" and will just build up in the machine, which is a problem. sorry for the lectures! lol
I'm in the UK our food waste is collected weekly. It goes to a biomass generator. This powers a high school, 3 high rise blocks, a large housing development, a sports centre with 3 swimming pools ❤
One thing that would help is getting rid of 80% of those dishes completely so you are forced to do dishes if you want to cook. But it’s always mindblowing how many many dirty dishes get built up when they have a dishwasher that does most of the job….
Hi, I am temporarily using a walker. I live with 2 disabled people. You do whatever you need to do. Bonnie and Juanita just save people's sanity. I volunteer to sort and declutter because I enjoy that. Heavy cleaning isn't my thing. Tina, Al's wife
I struggle to clean my apartment. It’s just so overwhelming. Watching channels like yours and Midwestern Magic and a few others have given me the path to start making changes in how I live and clean. You give me courage to see it is doable in much less time than I fear. I’m making progress now. Thank you!
Cudos to this homeowner, she's going through so much and thankfully reached out for some help! We know from yours and Mack's videos that some many people won't because their ashamed. There's no shame in asking for help! We all at different times in our lives need help of some kind. Thank you Bonnie for being you and having a big heart! You're AWESOME!
And that's why I credit Mack for helping her to have the courage to ask for help because that can be a very scary thing to do. I am so thankful she did.❤️
Oh wow, I love hearing that! You would probably be a good person to ask the question I get asked on almost a daily basis now...... are there actually programs that provide services similar to this? I think it's such a needed service and I have a hard time figuring out how to direct people who are in very desperate situations and just can't get on top of things. If they are elderly, it's usually easier to find help, but not for those who are struggling mentally or have had some physical ailments which have reduce the amount of stuff they can do on their own. I'm sure it differs in every state and, of course, every country, but I'm assuming you are in the US? If so, do you have any suggestions on where people can turn for some help like this other than friends, family, or a church group? Because those are not always options for people.
@@ABeautifulMessExtremeCle-zl1wp yes, they can seek home health from Medicaid or Medicare services and those who have private insurance can seek out regional services. All they have to do is call their medical insurance company and they can assist with finding these type of services that are covered under their insurance or for a low cost through an agency
I'm from the UK, and we don't generally have garbage disposals since all of our food waste is taken away and composted, I just scrape my plates etc straight into the caddy I specifically have for it. The waste is taken away weekly by our refuse collection service.
@@ABeautifulMessExtremeCle-zl1wpI'm in WA state and we have yard waste bins outside - they definitely smell 😵💫 but we keep ours away from the house a little. We have a fast food place (taco time) that uses compostable cups & lids so I save those to keep small batches of scraps in for a couple of days until full. I don't notice the smell as long as the lid is closed. The large stuff (celery, lettuce) I take out in compostable bags or layered paper bags. Sorry for the whole novel!
@ABeautifulMessExtremeCle-zl1wp I empty my caddy daily into an outside brown bin that also contains garden waste. It's collected weekly. Goes to a biomass generator
Cami’s story made me grateful for modern medicine. If she was a heroine in a Victorian novel she would have spent her life an invalid on a sofa and dies young. Although her condition must try her, at least it was diagnosed and some symptoms can be alleviated.
Absolutely! I often think about people suffering with different illnesses before all of the modern advances in medicine. It is a blessing, indeed, to have a diagnosis and to know what she is dealing with now.
Cammy is very brave to ask for help and she certainly has the best helping her. What a small world that ye were in school together. The kitchen already looks great. Well done to ye all. Have a great week. Mary, Joes wife 🙇♀️🙇♀️👏💪👍🙏💐
It sounds like a nightmare of stress, worry, doing too much and onto full burnout. Doctors are definitely not what they used to be. I'm glad she found you and hopefully she can get back on track again. And hopefully their doctors can help the family in general.
Midwest Magic Cleaning sent me to you. I love what you all do for people who need a little help. We all should help others with the gifts God gave us Thank you for what you do.
It breaks my heart to hear her imply that the state of her home means that she doesn't love her children. Her love for her family is clear. The amount of shame that comes from living with a disability is devastating. Channels like yours help heal some of that shame, and I'm incredibly grateful for you and others like you.
Both myself and my roommate are on the disability list. Can't work. The apartment fell to ruin. And I got SICK SICK SICK. I spent TWO yrs in a hospital. Pain? Oh honey, I invented the 0 to 20 pain scale. Previously they used the 0 to 10 scale. There just isn't enough pain killer in the world. Heaven sent us an angel, Nordia. We do pay for her services, but she is a Godsend. She hauls out the trash, does our laundry, makes the beds, washes the floor , works on the kitchen. Everything we can't do. She saves us every week.
I'm so sorry to hear that. You've probably already thought of this, but have you considered a hidden toxic mold issue? It can cause illness issues. I hope you feel better soon.🙏🙏
That sounds awful, Sandra. I hope that it's not constant pain and you get some relief. And, yes, thank goodness for Nordia and her ability to help you. 🙏
Hi Bonnie, A friend in need is a friend indeed and you have definitely done your magic here but what was heartwarming for me I felt I was in the kitchen too and part of this rescue. We all need help sometime. I was always the helper/ care giver type. Then someone decided to change my entire life. Rollover car accident, head injury and all the fun that goes with that. So I do understand how hard it is to ask for help. These ladies are great and really don't judge.
Thank you for sharing that. Exactly. We have no idea when things will suddenly change and we might be the ones needing some help. I'm so sorry about your head injury.😔
I had a tumor removed from my pituitary gland 6 weeks ago that I’ve apparently had for some time. It was such a slow gradual decline I never thought of it until I was so fatigued in doing minimal things. But since having it removed, a lot has changed for the better. It’s even helped my autoimmune disorder some too.

This woman had quite a tough journey with her health. She deserves it so much to have a little bit of her stress relieved. You already made such a difference! Hearing her emotion made my eyes tear up 💙 I am sooo curious to see those garbage disposals you guys have over there!! I think it would be more beneficial to your channel to do that than for just me to come there. 😊
I enjoy hearing the homeowner stories and I have to say, even though I suffer from a few issues, this family has been through a lot and especially Cammy. So glad she is getting better medical care. Really neat that you have a connection through school. And you have the best helper today 👍 great to see Lynnita again!!!
Even though it doesn't diminish your own issues, it does help to have the perspective that we are all dealing with something, doesn't it? Thanks for your comment!
OMG LOVE the kitchen organizing!!! (more more!!!). Bonnie, you guys are so amazing to be helping out people who are unable for whatever the reason. Not only do you help their physical space, but I think more supporting their emotional health! You are truly Angels-On-Earth!!!
Thank you. As much as the emotional support can be a little draining as an empath, I also know it's a huge part of helping them because they have had almost no one to talk to about this stuff for years since there is so much shame around having someone know about your situation when it becomes like this, so they do really need a lot of that emotional support. As long as there is gratitude, I have found I can continue to give that kind of support. There was one particular homeowner.... I don't think it would be hard for anyone to figure out which one it was😉.... who really showed very little gratitude and needed a lot of emotional support and that was something I just couldn't do any longer. Cammy is a lot easier to support in that way because she is also very gracious.
Bless you for the help you give to people who have been going through a rough time, and the joy you give them to have a clean, safe house to live in! Thank you for what you do!

This is an organisers dream Bonnie. Double sink, two large surfaces to work with, outdoor laydown area. I can see you relished this task. All those baking pans! Did all the kitchenware originally have a place? You can categorise, condense and configure this kitchen to a coherent system very well.
Yes, I thought the same thing. There is definitely plenty of room to spread things out and bring in a little at a time to organize. She does have way too much stuff to reasonably fit into her cabinets and she knows that, so the third day we were there, she was going through stuff and letting go of a lot of it. That's sort of her homework assignment for the next week before we go back up again so that we can actually fit everything back into the cabinets.
“And then Covid happened…” I think it’s the marker for everyone when things went awry.

These are such helpful suggestions. And, Laura, I love the way you lay that out. It's definitely too much to take on anything that is going to cause more stress. And absolutely no shame in using paper plates and disposable things while in this kind of situation. Thank you for the helpful advice. Cool story on how you guys became friends! ❤🎉
My plumber said the same thing.
Great info! Tyfs.
My parents had one in their house for 42 years & I’ve had one for 21 years no problems.
@@LeaC-lw8xl me too.. never heard of an issue... lol
One thing that would help is getting rid of 80% of those dishes completely so you are forced to do dishes if you want to cook. But it’s always mindblowing how many many dirty dishes get built up when they have a dishwasher that does most of the job….
Just wait…..You won’t be disappointed

I struggle to clean my apartment. It’s just so overwhelming. Watching channels like yours and Midwestern Magic and a few others have given me the path to start making changes in how I live and clean. You give me courage to see it is doable in much less time than I fear. I’m making progress now. Thank you!
Shes just had so many challenging years...not a filthy place, you can tell it just got overwhelming
I am so thankful she did.❤️
Bonnie! Doing great lady! 💜🙏🏻💜We are so often harder on ourselves and are not good at taking a break
Today is July 14, 2024. I was watching Mack yesterday and he asked us to say hello from him 👋 . Great video Bonnie! Thanks 😊
I love your channel because of your warm and inspiring personality. I like all your video’s but Your videos with Mira are the best ever.
I am a community support specialist and you have inspired me to do this for people in my own city and state
Oh wow, I love hearing that!
That's amazing! I do have a question about that though. Does it stink or does the caddy have a good lid to it which keeps the smells contained?
@@ABeautifulMessExtremeCle-zl1wpI'm in WA state and we have yard waste bins outside - they definitely smell 😵💫 but we keep ours away from the house a little. We have a fast food place (taco time) that uses compostable cups & lids so I save those to keep small batches of scraps in for a couple of days until full. I don't notice the smell as long as the lid is closed.
The large stuff (celery, lettuce) I take out in compostable bags or layered paper bags. Sorry for the whole novel!
I have a compost bin in my back yard & use it for the garden here in Connecticut.

Oh my gosh I recognized Matt Davis but couldn't place where I've seen him, had too look it up! 😅 Warner on Legally Blonde!
Hahaha...yep, you got it!

Never done anything more terrifying.
It sounds like a nightmare of stress, worry, doing too much and onto full burnout. Doctors are definitely not what they used to be. I'm glad she found you and hopefully she can get back on track again. And hopefully their doctors can help the family in general.
Thank you, Wendy.
Oh man. Thank goodness for the Angels among us! In all their forms!
Hi Bonnie,
A friend in need is a friend indeed and you have definitely done your magic here but what was heartwarming for me I felt I was in the kitchen too and part of this rescue.
You are all sweethearts but the owner is so sincere and grateful she’s definitely going to have a lovely experience with your caring and gentle approach.

What a job! God bless you two earth angels for helping those who need help.
I had a tumor removed from my pituitary gland 6 weeks ago that I’ve apparently had for some time. It was such a slow gradual decline I never thought of it until I was so fatigued in doing minimal things. But since having it removed, a lot has changed for the better. I think it’s incredible what you do however y’all are not the only 5 people in the country who do this. Maybe the only ones who put it on RUclips but there are many others who do this for people for free. May God bless everyone who serve others so selflessly.
This woman had quite a tough journey with her health. She deserves it so much to have a little bit of her stress relieved. You already made such a difference! Hearing her emotion made my eyes tear up 💙 I am sooo curious to see those garbage disposals you guys have over there!! Thank you for your sweet words Bonnie 🤍 Sooner or later, we will get to meet each other in real life!! 🥰 XX
Yes. We will absolutely get you here one of these days. I initially thought it would be fun to come there and I would still love to do that sometime, but it probably makes more sense to have you come here for a collaboration with Mack and Barbie.
❤🧹Binging your vids to hopefully help the algorithms 🧹❤
Hi Bonnie! I came over from Midwest Magic Cleaning, love what you all do!

:) …”run on Pepsi & Gratitude!” Fuel for the soul! Oh, and you may like the RUclipsr RemiClog. She’s like Mack in her ability to articulate herself, explaining her anxieties and ADHD. The channel is a great chat about motivation, putting priorities on family & kids, doing the best you can-and cleaning. She’s got a good head on her shoulders about balancing work & health issues & kids & relationships & having a home. Being a mom, I think you might relate to her in a lot of ways.
I love Remi! She's always fun to listen to and, yes, articulates things so well. She is a great resource for those dealing with ADHD and how to manage a home.

You did an awesome job
