      I know so many people have these stories. I was sure something was wrong with me for some time. My doctor told me I was making my self sick thinking about it. It was too long until I was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma. I saw him at the hospital I worked at. I’m sure you heard what’s going on with me I said. He hugged me and wished me well. I did really good but that comment from him I can’t forget

      Absolutely. I have been very fortunate to find a family doctor who has been so diligent about following up with anything that I feel is not right with me. It seems that is rare nowadays, so you can be sure he's never getting rid of me because he actually listens and gets me the help I need.

Or name any household chore that needs to be done. I actually live with my mother, and today, she just refused to drive me to the pharmacy for some much needed medication. I can't drive myself as I can't see properly coz of the migraine I have. When she said no, I actually went out to my car in sheer frustration to go get my medication, and the battery is flat. That’s exactly what I was thinking right now for this medical season of life! No shame in paper plates if there’s food to eat on it! I used to think that lining baking pans with foil was wasteful on the environment and my pocketbook…….until I broke my shoulder and couldn’t scrub anymore. I used it guilt free for three years and now I’m back to scrubbing…..except when I’m tired as I’m making dinner.🤭🫤 Also,recognizing what our priorities are.(Saw all of the dead plants in the kitchen window) I took care of my parents for 24 years,my mom’s last five years were bedridden in the living room and my dad’s last five years with dementia (at home). I would gratefully accept fresh flowers but ALWAYS politely turned down potted plants.(I just didn’t have the band width for one more dependent)😵‍💫😟 Even now,seven years later,just my husband and I to care for,developing more health issues myself, I refuse to have any real plants inside because people deserve whatever energy I have left to give. I’m okay with this and enjoy plants at other people’s homes and Botanical Gardens.👍 I don’t like to resort to takeout too much,sooooo expensive!,but I do keep a few Stoffer’s Lasagna type meals in my freezer for “those nights”. DO WHATEVER YOU NEED TO DO TO FUNCTION AS A FAMILY!🙌🏻👏👌👍

    my youngest son (39) is a licensed master plumber and has said he would never install a garbage disposal. first, nothing but liquid should go down a drain and disposals do not chop up enough at all. so, unless you like paying $200 or more per hour to a plumber to unclog your pipes, best not use disposals. non-liquid waste should be caught by strainers in your sink, so they don't accidentally go down the drain and should be dumped in the trash. also, what you're allowed to put in disposal is very limited, but people don't stop with those items and tend to use for everything! they never fully empty and can cause smells, due to germ build up too. also, if the stoppage is in your sewer drain, in yard, it could cost $10,000 - $30,000 or more to have excavation and repairs done on that! not worth it to me. my son does tell people that insist on having them, that they should be prepared to pay more plumbing repair bills. other places may not allow them for that reason. not only bad for individual home plumbing, but sewer issues, as well. esp in apt bldgs! lol also, Bonnie, i noticed you like to wash your dishes before putting in dishwasher. i saw something on this, stating not good idea. just clean off large particles (chunks) of food. the new dishwasher detergents have surfactants in them to take care of food on dishes and if dishes are cleaned first, the surfactants have nothing to "eat" and will just build up in the machine, which is a problem. sorry for the lectures! lol

You would probably be a good person to ask the question I get asked on almost a daily basis now...... are there actually programs that provide services similar to this? I think it's such a needed service and I have a hard time figuring out how to direct people who are in very desperate situations and just can't get on top of things. If they are elderly, it's usually easier to find help, but not for those who are struggling mentally or have had some physical ailments which have reduce the amount of stuff they can do on their own. I'm sure it differs in every state and, of course, every country, but I'm assuming you are in the US? If so, do you have any suggestions on where people can turn for some help like this other than friends, family, or a church group? Because those are not always options for people.

    Hi Bonnie,
    A friend in need is a friend indeed and you have definitely done your magic here but what was heartwarming for me I felt I was in the kitchen too and part of this rescue.
    You are all sweethearts but the owner is so sincere and grateful she’s definitely going to have a lovely experience with your caring and gentle approach.

    We all need help sometime. I was always the helper/ care giver type. Then someone decided to change my entire life. Rollover car accident, head injury and all the fun that goes with that. So I do understand how hard it is to ask for help. These ladies are great and really don't judge.

    I had a tumor removed from my pituitary gland 6 weeks ago that I’ve apparently had for some time. It was such a slow gradual decline I never thought of it until I was so fatigued in doing minimal things. But since having it removed, a lot has changed for the better. It’s even helped my autoimmune disorder some too.

      Yes. We will absolutely get you here one of these days. I initially thought it would be fun to come there and I would still love to do that sometime, but it probably makes more sense to have you come here for a collaboration with Mack and Barbie. I think it would be more beneficial to your channel to do that than for just me to come there. 😊

    • @ABeautifulMessExtremeCle-zl1wp
      @ABeautifulMessExtremeCle-zl1wp  4 месяца назад +5

      Thank you. As much as the emotional support can be a little draining as an empath, I also know it's a huge part of helping them because they have had almost no one to talk to about this stuff for years since there is so much shame around having someone know about your situation when it becomes like this, so they do really need a lot of that emotional support. As long as there is gratitude, I have found I can continue to give that kind of support. There was one particular homeowner.... I don't think it would be hard for anyone to figure out which one it was😉.... who really showed very little gratitude and needed a lot of emotional support and that was something I just couldn't do any longer. Cammy is a lot easier to support in that way because she is also very gracious.

The channel is a great chat about motivation, putting priorities on family & kids, doing the best you can-and cleaning. Yes, I thought the same thing. There is definitely plenty of room to spread things out and bring in a little at a time to organize. She does have way too much stuff to reasonably fit into her cabinets and she knows that, so the third day we were there, she was going through stuff and letting go of a lot of it. That's sort of her homework assignment for the next week before we go back up again so that we can actually fit everything back into the cabinets.
