I seriously don't know your specific situation, but this applies to all humans.
If you don't i recommend you read the gospels or a letter from Paul (those are awesome). God will speak to you through his word! It really breaks expectations (i say from experience😅)
and maybe going to your local church for communion. (Ask for help in prayer, advice, teaching, etc)
I'm sure if it's a good church of Jesus they will welcome you.
I pray that you find the spirit of adoption in our father and that the Holy Spirit touches your heart in accordance with His will.

the day when i was so desperate and suicidal, i rememsber praying to the Lord to show me some mercy and the true love.
