Changing Lives Through Research

Research for children and adults living with inflammatory arthritis who require joint replacement surgery is accelerating at HSS thanks to the Allan E. Inglis MD Chair in Surgical Arthritis, an endowment supporting this work. In October, HSS inaugurated the first Chair holder, Dr. Mark Figgie, Chief of the Surgical Arthritis Service.
