I can say how lucky the pilot was to have landed in Thailand. They're in the hands of professional doctors now.
It's good thing they landed in Bangkok. Bangkok have some of the most modern hospital equipment and some great doctors.

as indian, i think thailand do not have neccesary tech or equipment or capable doctors like in india. we indians produce the third most doctors in the world, thailand is not even close. we are also a medical innovator and us indians are much more capable and trained to handle emergencies. it is a shame the people land in thailand rather than india where we are the mightiest in terms of medicine and healthcare that far surpass thailand.

This is why.. always keep your seat belt loosely fasten even if the seat belt sign is off.. and if the seat belt sign is on.. all the more you have to fasten seat belts. Sometimes Turbulence can just happen suddenly without warning.. clear air turbulence.. in this case it's a rare case of very severe turbulence.. yet people always disregard the seat belt signs and tell you they have to go to the LAV... I'm a cabin crew and I always see such people on flight. Everyday, everytime. People just dont learn.

This is why you keep your seat belt on. Lesson learned.
So the attendants had to have their belts on while walking isles? People lined up for toilets had to wear belts? A number of the injured had belts on and were hit by other passengers, equipment and things falling from compartments. When someone dies and many people are seriously injured, you don't say "lesson learned" like a grandma whos scolding a 9 year old. Have some empathy.
@@Masked_Official Use some common sense. LOL!!! I can't believe in 2024 we still have people like you.

Media is reporting too much about this. I think patients deserve privacy and SQ needs time to sort out matters. News agencies should stop sensationalising this event.
So very sad indeed. It is precisely for this reason airlines recommend, that passengers while seated, be buckled in securely. While in the cockpit, the flight crew is required at all times to use seatbelts and shoulder harness.
Should the SQ321 pilot and co-pilot have their licenses suspended for a while until investigations are completed before being allowed to take flight again?
Unimaginable 😢re: strange event.
Prayers for the injured 🙏

The pilots have had taken the most critical decision to land in Bangkok Airport soonest possible 👍👍👍👌in order to avoid an imaginable incident from happing👌
I hope that there's a serious investigation into this, as I do not believe it was just weather turbulence from hot and cold air. There has been so many Boeing airlines with mechanical faults and abnormal malfunctions over the last 10 years and now all the info coming out about them, as well as the passengers saying there was no signs of turbulence beforehand and then it just dropped that sounds a lot like yet another technical issue with the planes and 747's and 777's were all just being looked into for faults within the last few months!
Need to check black box and pilots
It will reveal the truth and hold those at fault responsible
Need to check your pantsu
Need to check your brain for any visible brain cells. It's a clear air turbulence encounter. Nothing the pilots can do about it, except for save the plane after regaining control, which they did, dummy.
Need to also check *Relic Boeing 777-300er weather radar n weather pressure patterns before the incident
Imagine it wasn’t wind shear or turbulence but in fact another malfunction on a Boeing plane , they don’t want to mention Boeing having another issue after the months of issues and incidents this past year . Would plummet the share price even further down ….
Is it the same airline which announched a lots of profit growth and shared a lots of bonus to their staffs,

May Wong seem to be too arrogant in conducting the interview. seem to look down on the Thai doctor
how often air turbulance occur so how can you expect doctor to have experience in treating this type
of patient.
Trauma is trauma.
Agreed!
Singapore is number one
She got the unclear messages from the interview today I believe. The interpreter interpreted quite weird. The director tried to talk about the pre-hospital triage and cannot give the details about the in-hospital treatments. At least, he should assure people ..like oh there are 6 patients suffered from spinal cord injury and one or two has been paralyzed from acute injury but we immediately managed that and the surgeons had operated them already-their conditions are stable and no life-threatening condition at this point . However, the recovery of the spinal cord takes time so it is too soon to state at this point blah blah blah…😂 you gotta listen to the interview. It was annoying. 😂

So now more facts are emerging. Before they only said 1 person died and downplayed the injured
Which Boeing plane was this?
Is it the flight stabilization software problem that downed other planes?
Is Singapore investigating the Boeing issues for this craft?
this aircraft has THIN WINGS and TAIL FINS with Small Surface Areas which gives lesser LIFT in Air Turbulence..... more over it has only TWO ENGINES... if you compare Wing Surface Area Proportions with 747s, A380s and A340s which will have more THRUST and LIFT with 4 engines, perhaps the DROP would not have been so severe when the 4 engines are put to Maximum Thrust in severe Turbulence...... Boein 777s are designed with Skinny Thin Wings which they expect them to keep the Aircraft flying in the air moving forward at higher speeds .... all boils down to fuel efficiency... but this is the result when you have THIN SKINNY WINGS in Turbulence, a trade-off for fuel efficiency.... just google search for Diagrams of 747s, A380s and A340s and you will understand that they have much better LIFT than the BOEING 777s with SKINNY WINGS.....
Boeing 777-300ER
I believe you are talking about the max aircraft. This has absolutely nothing to do with that. It's a 777
It was a tupolev 160 blackjack
Singapore just yesterday agreed to buy 500 tupolev airplanes for sia.

Two year olds - yah the terrible twos, they say no to everything, I think including belting up.
