I am listening to your calm, relaxing, and collected voice as you narrate the chaos, probably shouting at your party the whole time, lol. Seriously though, loved the video and your tips are exactly what I look for in a tank myself. Going to put in the effort to become a new tank using your guidelines.
I knew nothing of dungeon layouts in my experience. Running dungeons while giving the group the expectation that I’m not knowledgeable yet on a dungeon has proved to teach me a ton about dungeons while keeping people patient.
I mostly only look at the healers mana and mostly disregard the dps' mana, because if only one dps doesn't have enough mana they can drink. 2 dps should be enough for a rather small pull to start with. Sure if the group is bigger than not. maybe another tip could be that doing lower level dungeons is also smart, since you miss the enemy less often --> more threat --> easier run. besides getting gear is always nice.
Tbh you will not get better at tanking if you down lower level dungeons than you as, part of learning to tank is tanking at your level or in some cases above your gear level. It is learning to use cooldowns when they are needed and that isnt going to happen in a dungeon that is below you as you will not get to the point of being in danger. Yes we know that if you get to the point if being in danger is never a idea option but you must practice being in a fatal situation to be able to keep a cool head and think outside the box. Rushing to defence would be bad. I know it sounds bizarre but playing above your gear level or in levelling terms above your level, put you into the situation that makes you truly master when and how to use your defensive cooldowns and come up with ways to adapt and over come fights that would otherwise be impossible for people with poor gear or lower level. For example consumables are very effective in tanking and allow you to compensate for gear or even an error in rotation. Look at a stoneskin potion using them just before a pull allows you to start the cooldown before the battle and use a second potion in mid combat if the fight requires it. Also they are basically adding new gear on without having to wear it. I know I'm rambling but I feel if you tank lower level dungeons than you it will make you lazy and you will develop bad habits for tanking because you are not pushing yourself to the limit and breaking it.

Started tanking on my Warrior recently and this is very helpful. Thank you!
You're welcome! I'm glad you found it useful! ^_^
