Just want to echo what people have said about the 'sad' part of the video, well done for being so honest mate. I'm something of a sertraline veteran myself and when you finally get round to going on them it feels shit, like you don't want to take that step, it's so daunting and the first few days on them are rough but you're doing the right thing and just continuing to be open and honest about these things is one of the best things you can do rather than bottle it up. Best of luck to you and thank you both for this channel, it's probably my favourite on RUclips. I actually saw you guys at bloodstock but got too scared to say hi even though I'm a nearly 40 year old man. Maybe this year I'll be wearing my big boy pants and say hello.

I'm on those exact tablets and dosage (and some CBT) and I'll be honest Zakk, they've been working and I've noticed a difference. Give them time but it will lighten up before too long! And thank you for the last year of content, I always look forward to the monthly vlogs and the festival vlogs especially. Chin up, ar lad!
