Hey Jacob, my name is Lucas and I live in Phoenix Arizona. I've been working sales (B2B) for almost 4 years now and looking to get into medical device sales as a career change. Before this job, I was studying at a community college in the Chicagoland area but left early just short of my associate's degree in Biology to move to Arizona and work for my family's business which is what I do currently. How likely am I to get into this industry without a 4-year degree? Also, what should my next step look like moving forward?
