By dispositor did he mean the ruler of the house number, or the ruler of the sign? I am tauras ascendant with this axis, Jup and Mer conjunct in 11th house.

@@rafeeqbawa3112 he means whatever planet roles the sign that Rahu is in. So if Rahu is in Aries, Mars is the ruler of Aries so you look at what Mars is doing in the chart
