If youre from the US the a3 has the same ea888 as the gtis while the rest of the world like AUS and Europe get the more fuel saving less powerful version which makes only a base 190hp and 240-250 max tuned. The way you can spot the difference is if the intake has the MAF sensor, its the lower powered ea888.3b engine
Having cheap "China Tires" on the front wheels... maybe the "Stage 1 Tune" was some kind of a chip for 30 Eur from ebay. 😁 The performance seems so. But still a good looking car with cool sound.

Exterior, well the 8Y is just a huge step down, the 8V has truly timeless lines (both pre facelift and facelift) in my eyes. I recently got my dream car, the 8V.5 RS3 sedan in kyalami green to replace my 8V.5 S3 (that replaced my 8V A3) and I will keep that car forever lol.
Awesome see you performing "normal" cars at the channel. Something is not making sense. A3 2.0 2016 to 2021 in Brazil has 220cv, 6 speed DCT and two exaust pipes and not only one. Only 1.4 (Brazil) and 1.8 has one exaust pipe (two at same side). Mine 2.0 stock has the same performance as this one.
Europe has a different engine. My Canadian A3 Quattro has a EA888 gen 3 at 220HP. This one in europe is EA888 Gen 3 B which makes 190HP stock instead. In Canada the EA888 Gen 3 B engine is for FWD A3's (at least for this generation) and replaces the 1.8T

It's possible but I rather suspect he got scammed by the tuner. Quite a nice sound though for a 2 liter 4-cilinder TFSI, I wasn't expecting that
I have the A4 B9 2.0tfsi 252 and i did 16.5 stock ecu tcu with GowTuning Stage 1 i got 13.5 at around 310hp and 440 nm. This car might have a ECU TUNE BUT Stock TCU and it's limiting the power.
My a3 8v 1.8 tfsi quattro is faster. I think he should look on his tune. Also I see that the redline is at 6k and on mine is at around 6.6k . I think 1.8 revs a bit higher
These kind of cars are the cars that are very annoying in terms of noise for other people in cities and residential areas. Just horrible the amount of guys that drive these stupid little noisy 4 cylinder’s. They fall in the same category as all the noisy motorists. Governments should raise taxes for these people or mountainroad use. If you want to make noise, you should at least pay for it. Just horrible dumb vehicles which are illegally modified to create a lot of noise continuously in the background.

This isn't Quattro. Quattro has a exhaust tip on both sides. Also 190hp model is fwd. 250hp model is Quattro. Ive built a a3 Quattro. Stock did 0-60 in 5,5seconds. Tuned on is38 turbo did 0-60 in 3.6 seconds.

I have a stock 2018 A3 quattro and it's performance is almost the same. I don't think this is delivering 250 hp.

My diesel quattro does a 6.4 ish 0-60 with 280 crank hp. So it may aswell be mapped, although mine weighs 1.7-1.8 tons.

I had this car for a week and put it in sport mode and I had the 94 octane from Sunoco and it was fast enough for me lol 😂.

Some tunes cut power/timing aggressively if there is a condition it doesn’t like - could be the case here.

I think its the Gen4 EA888 and it hasn't a named Turbo, its from Continental
IS12, IS20 and IS38 are Gen 3 Turbos
