years ago my doctor told me to love people from a far even if its your in-laws to your sister and i thought he was crazy because i was stressing and my blood pressure was too high to be in my 40's i lost weight i eat right no salt intake but then i realized everyone was putting their problems on me and i allowed it everything was i need right now its urget and here i go getting everyone of their situation as i thought but they kept coming back over and over again stressing me..Not only was a supervisor responsible for over 60 people my personal was a mess. I got down on my knees AND I PRAYED TO GOD to guide me in the right direction removed toxic people away from me and use me and anyway fits. GOD answered my prayer it felt like overnight things started changing in life for the good i got scared ..Now everyone is saying im acting funny and stuck up and dont want to spend time with anyone and their right i dont God help me clear my mind my pressure is down and i feel so blessed i dont owe anybody anything and im glad to see that now because i thought if i didnt i wouldn't be bless but now i see it as people was only around for what they can get. When i stop being there for everyone now im acting funny well i guess i will act funny..Deep down inside i know i have only one thing in my life i can call on for help and thats God i have noone else. With these people... you need to explain to them what will happen "if" their unwanted behavior continues. They can make the choice to do better, ignore the warning, or get "cut off". Chances are, YOU are not the first person to bring up their unwanted behavior, however, you may be the first to "cut" them off.

Since March 1 this year God been helping me to be more positive and have faith despite negative messy toxic people trying get under my skin. I am more much calm as use to be. So when someone is negative and toxic I move around I don't give it life. I am to old for that foolishness and drama.
