I mean come on, there's instagram and we see beautiful house designs there. I still don't know why in 2024 someone would bid a house like this for 125M. I can confidently show you a 5BR home worth 70M and this house doesn't stand a chance. I just hate gray/white cabro and the way Kenyans overprice their houses, with nothing to offer. I mean I expect smart curtains, soft close toilet seats/wardrobes, glass doors, smart home features. Developer!!! It's 2024.
I don't like smart homes. Not everyone does. This price is for the land.

For that price a free standing tub in the primary bedroom is a must and a boutique like walk in closet in the primary bedroom is compulsory. Period. Your presentation is awesome.

This property is ok by me, but there's one big let down on the Master suit, the there's no walk-in closet even though you can use the master Lounge for extra drawers.Also for that price point I expect fittings like microwave and washing machine to come as standard.THANKS MANSA FOR THIS WONDERFUL TOUR.

wow thanks for showcasing this property it has its pluses and minuses. let us give credit where it is due the price is not way off bearing in mind this is kitusuru. lots and lots of living space the kitchen is excellent, workmanship is very good on the down side no wooden floors!! no walk in closet in the primary bedroom yet there is a kitchenette no tab and the primary bathroom is small considering the house is 600 sq m . and of cause i did not see a proper laundry room. But the presentation is very good keep it up.

The cost of living in Kenya really is crazy. I've seen a video of a house very similar to this one in Nigeria that was going for no more than 35M. At any rate, doubles thumbs up.
Would you please ya me on the video, I want to see it… I follow house tours around the world, and I respectfully disagree with you. Also note that the same house in a different location within Nairobi would go for a different price.

This house we toured in Zanzibar has a pop up vent. They are expensive that’s they aren’t common. Top of the league! But definitely gives a clean and seamless finish.

@@MansaPlus yeah maybe the lounge in the primary bedroom can be made smaller to accommodate more space in the bedroom for a walk in closet, however it'll be quite difficult to fix the en-suite cause it's too small to fit a tub
You know those old couples that build "plotis" then the wife doesn't care and overprice the rent its the same in this lol. They even chose orange as the paint of choice😭😭😭. But still 1/4 acre is a lovely space.

These prices are crazy high, Mansa. I don't know if you know this, but only 0.01 ℅ can afford these prices, and its very unlikely they would be watching this. Please do vidoes of houses that people can actually afford. Ranging from maybe 7.5m to 15m.
Houses in high end areas of Nairobi are meant for diplomats, business executives, directors of multi national companies for who 1m dollars is small change, not for everybody out there. 😅

Great video of the house, unfortunately it's not worth the money. You'd rather get a good number of architectural houses in SA with a pool, bigger lawn and larger rooms plus other amenities.
The land cost is the main issue and I see you talking about a bigger lawn.
