I’m adopted, and have always been fascinated by family resemblance as well as similarities in familial mannerisms. Lauren is such a mini-you!! Also loved seeing your daughter (not sure name- sorry!) with the long brown hair loving her dolls!!! And I saw a squishy behind her. My nearly 11 year old still loves dolls, stuffies, and squishies. We are in no hurry for her to grow out of it, either. A lot of her friends have left all those toys behind. I started watching your channel for food prep tips. But I love watching your loving family! Especially because big families are new to me - grew up one of 2 kids, and only have 1 child. My biological siblings found me last May.... and I’m getting to know them. All TEN of them!

Your family Christmas brought back so so many childhood memories for me. We would go to my grandmas in Indy, all the kids in different parts of the basement (was fully functional) and away we went. when I was growing up (and we still do this now) we used to take turns in opening our gifts so that the experience lasted longer ... although it would probably take until New Years Day for your family to open all of theirs separately!! it looks like you a had a great time - thanks for sharing

I think next year the first gift everyone opens is their own black rubbish bag so Dad doesn’t have to do it. Merry Christmas. It would take me all day to open just one of the piles of gifts. I used to get told off because I was always too slow. I had to open everything and inspect each one. And if I got a book, then it was removed from sight until I’d finished. Dx

Hi. I understand about wanting to take the tree down and return the house to normal. My brain didn't like it either lol. I had my family over for Christmas Eve, got up Christmas morning, finished cleaning up and then the tree was packed away. Back to normal. :-)
