Blitz, when a character inventory is full, you have to sell any gear of that character that you don’t want anymore. To do that you have to go to customize characters, then press r1, then just start selling gear.

Oh and, every 5 levels, each character gets more inventory slots so they can have more amounts of gear. So at levels 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30, each character gains more inventory slots.
