      Thank you very kindly…… yes it is truly amazing & impressive the color & pattern variations on some of the wilds I’ve ran across all over the state! 👌🤙😁

    Love the Video- I about fell out of my chair when I saw the " Hawk Tua " mentioned for the knot.....LOL
    I've been using that same loop knot for spinners and when I fly fish for my streamers as well- promotes a better action than a cinch knot !

      Lmao…. I had to throw that in there….. the timing was right 😂
      Yeah those knots are $$$👌🤙

    Beating the heat is an understatement. Did you check the water temp? Thanks for the time invested in bringing us great footage.

      @chasingthewildwithdustyrho2620  2 месяца назад

      I didn’t check the water temp on this footage because all of this footage was taken in late May early June before any kind of major heat & all of the streams that I fish are spring influenced…… once the week of 90° weather hit though, I didn’t even bother fishing because I knew water temps would be in the high 60s low 70s🥴😩🥵
      My cutoff is pretty much 63-65°

    It’s incredible how many 20+ inch trout you catch on just a simple mepps. My local creeks have big fish if you know where to find them but I would be really surprised to get one on an Aglia at this point. I’m sure I’ve tried. So far my only luck has been on larger streamers or night crawlers.

      Yeppers….. that Aglia has been my Staple Go-To for years now….. I’ve really learned how to fish it in the smaller water especially! Seems to really trigger a strike on the bigger caliber trout! 👌🤙😁🎣

    Bro, you’re an amazing spin trout stream guy. Like seriously. You can flick a lure under a bush, catch and release a fish before mist dudes could get their lure out of the bush!

    Hello from NEPA I may have missed this do you name the streams that you are fishing ever?

    • @chasingthewildwithdustyrho2620
      @chasingthewildwithdustyrho2620  2 месяца назад

      No I never ever stream name drop….. that would literally be stream suicide for most of the small streams I fish…… everybody & their brother’s sister on social media would be there fishing & the stream would be over pressured & garbage after that! 🥴🤷‍♂️👌

      @chasingthewildwithdustyrho2620 I understand. I just wondering as one stream looked familiar from child hood and was wondering.

    im using 4lb line to a 2lbs tip since i like fishing streams like you do, i just always think if i don't the big ones wont hit but looks like I am very wrong....

    • @chasingthewildwithdustyrho2620
      @chasingthewildwithdustyrho2620  2 месяца назад

      Well in my particular style of fishing I get away with the heavier line…… they are concentrating on the spinning blade of my spinner & not the line so it works…… now fly fishing would be a completely different animal 🤷‍♂️

      @@DillonNardone honestly though man, if you try to find some Bucktail jigs, or just Jigs in general in the 1/4 oz range….. try to find some in a gold, copper, olive or brown patterns and you are essentially imitating exactly what I’m using! 🤙👌😁

      I’m not really sure man, I don’t fish during the spawn. I’m an avid archery hunter also, so that consumes my time at that time of the year.🏹🦌👌

    Is this Fishing heavy line hook them and horse them out .....

    • @chasingthewildwithdustyrho2620
      @chasingthewildwithdustyrho2620  2 месяца назад

      I use barbless hooks, so the more u fight them the better chance you have of them not ending up in your net…… coupled with the high chance of them getting tangled in the heavy structure that’s in most of the areas I fish & snapping me off……. And 3rdly the faster you get them in the net, the less energy they expel optimizing a full healthy recovery & not completely draining them …….. there is definitely method to the madness…… I went my whole life fishing without a net & playing/tiring them out….. but started pinching my barbs in 2022 & all of the rest just kind of fell into place & the faster I get them in the net the better….. for me & them! 🤙🤷‍♂️👌

      Same results….. I guarantee….. I used to be a bait fisherman before I got into spinner fishing and they definitely ate them…… at least half of them would swallow your hook though, they you’re faced with cutting the hook off in their throat and hoping it doesn’t kill them & that it dissolves……. Probably the Biggest reason I switched to basically full time artificial at this point….. Far better mortality rate’s…… very rarely do I have a fish swallow the spinner, rarely I do get one hooked in the gill but I’ve been pinching my barbs for the past cpl years so they pop right out! 👌🤙
      For me caring about these fish as much as I do….. it was easy to make the switch🤙
