From what I can tell from my research, it is a name of a minor deity in Mayan mythology, the Great Bone Centipede. It has two maws, one of which the sun drops into at night and the other the sun emerges from at dawn. I have no idea what this has to do with food going insane. Perhaps it links with the sun going mad somehow?

Most creepy videos with hidden meanings do this (Don't Hug Me I'm Scared is the obvious example), and the fact that drive in flood ads did look on the sunny side of things because they were very positive. I don't know, make your own points and conclusions.
