    Great use case and would not have thought of that…..I’m going to try it out. Really is great in very familiar trips where you already know where you’re going. It allows you to overcome your selective perception and explore.
    Selective perception…..it’s said we only pick up on a small amount of things that are going on around us at a given time. May be as little as 5-10%. One of the best examples of this is if you are shopping for a new car. Before doing so you likely didn’t see many of that particular model car on the road. While shopping all of a sudden you see that car a LOT on the roadways. The same amount of that model car was always there. Now while shopping for it, you selectively perceive it and see more of them on the roadways.
    We tend to have a narrow band of what we focus on. This can expand that band.
