Recorded - 19 May 2024 in Liverpool where a few weeks earlier, a vulnerable lady was thrown out of her own mortgage free home while police stood by, watched, and did nothing to help the lady. The police had been called by the lady for help!
The alleged bailiffs appear to have not had any welfare concerns for this vulnerable lady, and what followed after breaking in to her home, was herself then to be man handled by the alleged bailiffs before throwing her out on to the street!
This can only be described as inhumane and barbaric...!

Did the police turn up to help this lady?
Answer;
The police turned up, then assisted the bailiffs by bringing out her medication in a box as highlighted in this video.

This woman’s story should be on the news and in the papers
It’s disgusting how the system has not only allowed the abuse she has suffered but also have inflicted serious forms of abuse upon her.
Her story needs to be told in parliament! How many MPs like Jess Phillips that claim to support female victims of abuse
And yet this poor woman hasn’t got any representation other than a group of good citizens.
These brave souls often travel hundreds of miles to bring some justice to complete strangers. They are indeed all incredible people who deserve enormous respect from everyone else.
These bailiffs and police who assisted them are accountable in tort and it should be brought to their door.

You can absolutely report a crime anonymously. Under GDPR and DP you can verbally request a SAR.

Over here, they tasered an older lady using a walking frame, twice, but she didn't make it, she won't be appearing anywhere. Other than in some people's memories.

It is awfully sad & I doubt that man was very well mentally, but the staff must have also felt scared enough by him to feel they were in danger. Otherwise they never would have called police in first place to have to help them

I’ve worked in care for the elderly for 35 years including dementia patients so believe me I’ve been punched, kicked, groped, spat at and pissed on, scratched and threatened!! Not once did I feel the need to call the police to beat those vulnerable patients!! But thanks for your reply

I think it’s unfair to compare yourself to that situation as you weren’t there & don’t know how bad it was. The police didn’t beat him either. They used a taser, which they are only allowed to do in the most crucial scenarios without any doubt. The trial that is currently going on will determine if they actually did do anything wrong.

Send the chief of police a letter (1st class signed) asking WHY as head of the organisation he/she should not be responsible for the failure of 'duty of care' toward the victim of assault ? and WHY the customer services employee on the phone should not be dismissed for giving false information regarding the reporting of crimes and WHY the Police should not be compensating victims that they swore under oath to protect ?
Then send them an Invoice for payment within 30 days and a N244 NIP if they fail to pay.
