To find in that condition is rare... Been looking for low mileage one in a specific colour for almost 7 years.. just bought an exec 2 weeks ago.. colour I wanted with black interior in manual.. now I need to get the grill and bumper lips. Settled because it's 1 owner elderly guy. So il work from that base. Lips and grill are difficult to find but after waiting 7 years to find the car I don't mind looking for oem stuff
Oil pump is from the fn2 civic type r. Done by the previous owner. No vibrations. Was previously tuned on hondata and making around 197kw. Car is almost stock now no tune.
is this tunable how much ho can u get from k24... or should i buy 2.2 diesel it has turbo so some chip and get more hp rigth? let me know if anyone knows
k24 is highly tunable and extremely de-tuned from factory. NA power with mild work, you are looking at around 160kw. fancy mods looking at around 200kws, good mods are abit pricey though but worth it. turbo application + 1000kws. So basically 2.4 NA you will experience good torque and high reving. Diesel = high torque and low/medium reving. It comes down to your personal preference. I suggest test driving both and making a personal decision. In the long run i would recommend the 2.4 type s, great value for money, its becoming an investment to own one, extremely enjoyable driving experience, highly accessible spares and aftermarket support.
@@darren_justdazz but k24 its drinking like hell and u get 2.4 in this nice wagon or tourer right that has about 1700kg so its very heavy car right if i could swap k24 in my civic that has about 1100kg that would be madness. I think u said to apply turbo on it right i cant bcs here in my country that is not approvable so yeee i just want alot faster than average and at least 500nm and 250hp which engine💪😅
@@JackSparrow-qk6yj a reflash or hondata would drop the fuel consumption to around 6 to 7lt/100kms. But you're looking for 500nm quickly only way to get close is a diesel with a software upgrade. You can get 500nms out of the k24 but will burst the bank. Unfortunately with petrol NA and turbo you would have to sacrifice fuel consumption of you want big power.

Try looking for ones where the guys used the parts to do kswaps and Wana just get rid of the body. Good luck. 🍀🤞👌
Indeed a beautiful example of an accord. Glad to see the meticulous upkeep is continuing. Wishing you many long safe kilometers.

Done by the previous owner not sure. When I chat to him Ill find out.
@@darren_justdazz i would really appreciate that thank you!
When you put in the type s oil pump did it have more vibration than oem one? And did you have to tune after it was installed?
