It's after years of mismanagement plus the recent scandal (and add to that COVID related slowdowns) those people are gone or leaving or... stuck in a sick organization treading water, ill-equipped to pursue their passion.

After almost a month I opened ow yesterday. First game was lunar colony. We never had a full team and our rein just charged into enemy team and stood still in front of them whole game.
10/10 experience.
I’m only willing to play that and Paris if both teams start the game full. Otherwise I’ll also leave

it's crazy there were so many bugs. it's a shame there isn't an experimental card or a ptr or something for Overwatch that can test these issues.

Ok so the shatter going through shields if you’re right next to it is a good thing. It was always dumb as fuck how your shatter started from your back foot and would get blocked by shields behind the hammer.
But not through the walls though, otherwise yeah probably an alright change
