Yeah that's pretty much what happens when I do yoga. Uncomfortable, oh god I hate this ,then clear your mind and start crying , oh shit pulled something and then a cramp in a bad place. But it did help my back just not my mind or the rest of my body
@johnbrunton229 Yoga is simply training your muscles. Anyone can LEARN to do it it just takes time. Dharma is right it is incredibly relaxing. Try some of the videos on youtube dont be afraid to break early if you cant hold the position any longer

Ever tied "Hot Yoga"? True Rajistic? What about the oldest frm of Kundalini, where even what you EAT is monitored? Jeez, friend, have you even tried Yoga X? Granted, some people may have a more natural affinity for it....but yoga is anything but "just easy"
