I used your teachings during a severe brain & spine injury resulting from an assault. 2/2020 I was all alone at home & couldn't read or function. A horrible situation wasn't too bad using the techniques of living and trusting the moment. THANKS!!!

Because it's not understanding we need it's Courage ,faith believe that we can and will get through it another hour and day , every year . Because grace landed in my home and while our bodies fail us our intention don't. 🌍🐞🦋🌠🌟💓🙏 Imagine 🦅 I'm still working on my own thoughts .. not prefect but why start now... I was asleep with ear buds in , how your podcast ended up on my menu I don't know , anyway I woke myself up talking in my sleep answering your short questions in your jolly voiced way , so I'm dreaming then ,oh no , oh no , my subconscious says ,who are you talking to ,then my ego gets involved and says wait a minute ,hold on plead the 5th Brian ,we are being a little too much honest with this stranger asking you questions, and woke up sat up looking around , you know to make sure no one was listening to me sleep talking out loud , then reset the podcast to the beginning , listened for 2 minutes then subscribed , sounds crazy but it's the truth

My intention never changed when I decided to stop smoking. I didn't quit because you can always begin again to me until I heard this. But my intention never did change about stopping smoking. It's been 9 months since I smoked my last cigarette and without having any craving for one or any other type of problem that would cause me to start again. Thank goodness for that too.
Not too long ago my mom asked how I could forgive my dad for the way he treated me during my teen years.
I said that if I hadn't, he would have ruled my life in full.
However, I hadn't forgiven myself for not being his ideal of perfection.
Upon realizing that, I deduced that I had less than desirable responses to the situation. Instead of his voice berating and condemning me, it my my voice doing the work for him.
After being very unhappy since November, it's only now that I process this.
The 8 part video course has DEFINITELY changed my life - was going through the most challenging time of my life & I handled it with EASE & confidence. Answers came to me before or just as I needed … utterly amazing & I continue to ‘relax & release’ - letting go of expectations & outcomes’ even today … need to continue - live in present 💝 Thx Michael & Tami - much love 💕

I am listening to this again because I need and want to. I notice the fear - as well as hope - rising up. I think I fear taking real responsibility for myself. What a concept!
I listen to these every day! Constant reminders to practice this.... to really live a peaceful, joyful life.

Jesus As Christ Consciousness told us this, but without true Spiritual Discernment, the true message is seen through the eyes of the Illusory Human Intellect that created God in his image through religious dogma and idol worship...(You can't serve two masters, you either serve the illusory sense of separation from Omnipresent, Infinite Consciousness that causes dualistic beliefs in good and evil, or you serve the only Power that Exists, Omnipresent, Omnipotent, Omniscient, Infinite Consciousness)
"I Have Overcome the World"

The above words Spiritually/Truthfully Discerned would be as such:
I Have Overcome the Illusory Sense of the Separate Self....
You see, Jesus the man was no different than any one of us, as he had gone through all the things you've gone through, but he simply learned Spiritual Discernment and Truth while pondering, meditating and then communing with the One Infinite Source that is Omnipresent Consciousness, or as he called it: The Father. This is the same for Moses, Buddha, Shankara and many other Spiritually Illumined Beings.
They all RECOGNIZED It's the Activity of Truth in Our Consciousness that Performs Our Miracles....
So, until we stop relying on the illusory human state of mind we can't leave the old and come into the new...that being Christ Consciousness(or Infinite Consciousness)
Christ revealed that the ONLY TRAITOR in our midst is the illusory human nature. So we must learn to die every day to our reliance on the human mind, and listen in the one and only place where you may hear the Divine.....In Silence!
The word of the father is in the kingdom of God(Inner Spirit), not in the illusory realm of Matter/Materialism.....
Nothing of the illusory realm of matter is of God, as God is Omnipresent, Omnipotent, Omniscient, Infinite Consciousness, or SPIRIT ONLY!!
"Of myself(illusory sense of self) I can do nothing. Of myself(illusory sense of self) I can be nothing"
Nothing of this illusory realm of existence matters to God, as God only knows that of itself, and illusion and mesmerism are not of God, so no, God doesnt know you as an illusory human being even exists, so your car payment, illnesses, failures and woes do not matter at all.
There's no greater horror than to leave one's mind to the dualistic, carnal nature of this illusory world. When Christ Consciousness through Jesus spoke of SATAN, it was speaking of the Human Carnal Mind, and all of it's illusions. It's illnesses, cares, worries, lies, beliefs, and so on....
You must let the Splendor of God Consciousness to Pour Forth and Live It as Jesus did once he Recognized the Truth that the Father/God is Omnipresent, Infinite Consciousness!!
I reckon smoking & drinking are linked to having fun & parties & socialising. Drinking brings me out of my social anxiety shyness, i talk to people i dont know when gathering isolating to smoke, smoking gives me a 5 minute exit break.
I've been practicing the principles of acceptance/surrender/letting go using Michael Singer's teachings. I am so grateful for this wise man and his teachings. Cuts through the BS in a tough love kind of way. So grateful. Thank you.

One thing I wanted to mention is that all relationships with respect to Romance are a reflection of our soul self according to Jungian studies,, even the wounded relationships are reflection of the wounds within our self, that being said, the twin flame relationship is amplified times 1000 lol so definitely is a gifted journey into our own soul’s process. This is a challenge to do but relax and enjoy the ride and discover your true self. ❤

It is true (to me) that whenever I have ser an intention to do or accoplish something, it happens. Then there are some experiences when something ruins it, when I am not strong enough.
It is extremely difficult to change your life. I tried. The pull of the ourside world to go back to the same is SO strong!
For example, one little thing as starting to practise yoga, actually meant many things: While my workmates went for a beer after work, I went to my ashram. When they had a wet Christmas-party, I went to lissten to the petformance about super-food. When I became vegan (it happened gradually without any force), it still causes some situations, especially when I moved to the country where they think that cheese and eggs are a vegetables. I ask vegan food and they offer me vegetables with cheese and eggs...). I think I have a lot of opportunities to let go in these situations, I just did not think about it before: if I do not give up my intention, what should I let go?
In any case, this podcast inspired me to sit down and write down some new intentions!

It is. And im doing the work its intense sometimes. Letting go - is the key - stuff comes up or u get upset I thought that was healthy- but its resistance- so I am releasing everything all the time , I didn’t do the teaching for a month= resistance and now im practicing daily every minute.. watching my thoughts 💭 What a wonderful person Mickey is thank you . Indeed! It reminds me about a dream that I saw decades ago: I was sitting in the car that my mom drove. I said to my mom:“ Be careful, there is a curve before us!“ She laughted at her style and said:“ Haha, you are wrong. There is no curve! Just the streight road!“
She ignored the curve and she drove us directly to the foreest, we hit the tree.
Those times Ibwas young snd I felt that my mom controlled my life. She had made plans for my life without asking me at all. Her method to educate me has been to crush my own will. For example, I got beaten if I did not let her comb my hair. Well, when listening this video I clearly understand my problem is life - one if them. I am afraid to use my will to do what I want and even need to do or make decisions. There will be a punishment if I do so.
It has taken time to find my own will and practise to drive the car myself.
My intention is to go his land 🙏🏽 spiritual growth is my Shakti

I have masturbated regularly for over 40 years and I've released the addiction up to 6 weeks. I think the problem is not my intention so much as my needing proof that it will benefit me, releasing the lower level thoughts that accompany the activity, the doubts in particular.
Wait, I smoke but I bless everything. Can't nothing and I mean nothing cannot harm me unless I say or think so!!
