Everything Michael Singer teaches is knowledge of kafirs from east and his practices promote shirk. You will burn in Jahannum if you accept and perform the practices prescribed by Michael Singer. The gift of Muslim exist only Allah is god for each and every 1.8 billion Muslims .

I can see why people are attracted to Michael Singer. His ideas about self image are interesting. Our identity is formed by what we are able to control and what we are used to day to day. What Singer is talking about is developing a stronger inner awareness, so that significant outside changes cannot damage the inner self. With this greater self awareness comes the capacity to make better quality decisions.

Michael Singer quote highlights from this video: “‘Hi, are you in there?’ Then the question is, ‘Who is aware that they are in there?’ Our tendency is to think that I am the body-I am this package of body, and mind, and emotions … Self-realization, in its simplest sense, is to say you have realized who is in there-you have realized that you are not your mind, you are not your emotions, you are not your body.”
“Self-realization is that you have returned to the seat of being.”
“Whatever the mind is saying, you are watching that.”
“The question becomes, in the end, who are you?”
“People don't have a soul; they are the soul.”
“If I take away what you're aware of, you're still aware that it's not there. If I take away your awareness, it's over, I've turned off the light, there's nobody there. That's who you are.”
”You are aware of these different aspects of your being; you are not an aspect of your being.”
“You have become separate from who you are because you're busy paying attention to the object of consciousness instead of your seat of consciousness.”
“‘Distracting’ is the most spiritual word you'll ever use. It means it pulls you away from yourself … When something distracts you, it draws your consciousness toward it.“
“Ego is the masquerading self” (Yogananda) … “In other words the facade you pulled over your consciousness to define yourself.”
“Are you dealing with the core, or are you dealing with the facade? We are all dealing with the facade and trying to get the outside world to support the facade so that we don't have to deal with the core.”
“Spirituality is all about dealing with yourself instead of hiding from yourself.”
“The most important thing to learn is how to be okay with reality.”
“You shouldn't ever need a vacation. You should enjoy your life so much that every moment of it is as exciting as going anywhere else.”
“The minute you notice, you relax. That's the highest technique that exists.”
“No experience is traumatic. Your inability to handle it makes it traumatic.”
“You are a great being, and that is true of every single person that walks the face of this earth.”
“It's always R&R: relax and release.”
“There is nothing ‘bad,’ there's just experiences that unfold that we learn from.”
“You are complete and whole within yourself. You need nothing.”
“Christ said, ‘You must die to be reborn.’ That is exactly what we're talking about. You let go of the personal self.”
“Your spiritual being is transcendental. That being is independent of this world. It is watching the world, but it is not of this world. It is the consciousness that is aware of what it's looking at.”
“The higher Self has freed itself of the bondage of the lower self by doing what? By knowing it's not ‘me’, and I don't have to spend my time servicing it. I can rest back into the nature of my being. That's the beginning of true self-realization and true liberation.”
“There is only one consciousness. Consciousness is not something that evolved through evolution. Consciousness is what was in the beginning and will be in the end; it is the beginning and end of reality.”
“It's not that your consciousness expands, it ceases to contract … As you let go of yourself, you start to experience the nature of who you are.”
“The experiencer merges with the experience-that's union.”

Mr. Singer makes this all seem so easy. Actually, I know in my heart, God never intended for us to suffer so much but the world has just taught us to make it more difficult than it is. It's a challenge to be in the present but it's the best way. It takes work but it's all WORTH IT. Thanks, Mr. Singer. 🙏🙏🙏

Thank you!! Been working on releasing my blockages. It's been three years the justified anger hurt and so much pain!! I'm amazed I was able to contain so much. Used drugs to numb myself but never realized how much pain I was carrying around. This separation within my mind and my emotions!! Repressed memories of trauma created another personality within myself to protect my inner child. As I forgive and release I feel empathy and compassion for a woman who felt so unworthy of love. Black sheep trying to blend in to receive love but that peg won't go in. Doing it for so long I lost who I am. Today I AM ENOUGH!!Thank you for inspiring me to finally speak out and stand in my truth!! Used to hold on for dear life thru the storms.. Finally learning to dance in the rain!!! Love and light!!!

Ooooh I'm on the right track!!! After feeling happy living my seemingly disorganised life I've realised that it's not disorganised at all. I just go with the flow, I'm not regimented, what gets done gets done, what doesn't is there for tomorrow. Thank you for organising and explaining some of my thoughts/feelings. x Very engaging to watch. x The only downside is those with a negative agenda see you as a walkover, accepting of everything, working on that, in the meantime I just say to myself OK, time to move away from the toxicity to somewhere more pleasant, bless them.

Yes, it is a pleasure to watch. I do like her intro which gives the flavour of how the interview is to be.
The interviewer never once uses a phrase like "top author," or "bestseller": instead, she gives information (the number of sales), and lets anyone listening who hasn't heard about Mr Singer's books know that they help people, and have helped her as well. (I only heard about Untethered Soul a few days ago.)
Love the low-key style: words that flow, and flowing with them, rather than getting distracted by a pitch, and having one's adrenalin stirred up. 🌞
      Love it. Thanks

Can’t tell how often I’ve watched this... life changing! Thank you so much Michael! I really want to learn to live like this, from a place of consciousness, truly! And I’m paying the price already 🙈 life is not going how I expected it atm... well, we shall be carful what we wish for 😋 life may make it true, but to get there, holy shit... 🙈

    • @bigfletch8
      @bigfletch8 3 года назад

Lisa, it is not life changing, it is illusion disappearing. Wanting requires future, but there is no future, just here and now.
One thing many people love to do is to travel; to experience new places, the unexpected, but when we travel through life, we try to avoid the unexpected.
Being carefull is the blocking as he said. It holds us back. 'Wishing for' restricts what will come your way , based on the time and level of consciousness when you made the "careful wish". That is equivalent of hitting the break on your car or even throwing it into reverse.

But it took till 2019 to accidentally discover Michael Singer in the midst of yet another long bout of depression and anxiety. Wanting back the life that was I once had and lost through time, age, children going off to college, divorce, death, etc etc etc. Thank you for reminding me again of the transience of life and attachments to it.

I read this book years ago. At the time I did not have any defined faith in God. Listening to this interview is bringing back what I had learned after reading this book. The love and peace inside is the Holy Spirit to me, I have given much of my attachment to this existence away. God is our creator and our soul is what lives on to eternity with Him. The human experience, our journey, many lessons to learn while in this experience. I have learned much of what Singer is talking about through my faith in God. However, he is teaching many souls an awakening and path out of this material world.

When I no longer do that, I know that I will have made great strides to being free. I was reading the comments and saw one person was 17 and was discovering Mickey's teachings. I immediately felt envy. I wish that I could just be naturally happy for others. Then I read a woman who was 73 and was just discovering Mickey's book and teaching. @@reenasingh-id9zh that is great point. I heard a comedian talk about how we have more things to compare with now. He said a scenario where a poor man would only see his house and family and thought he was doing well. Now on RUclips you can see much further than your own life. I know I do better when I stay in my own little world. As soon as I go out, I feel bad. I'm not as pretty, well-dressed, nice car, etc. Endless things to compare. I actually have improved with my anxiety, but seem like I have a long way to go. I want to get to the point that Mickey talks about. He reached the point where he is joyful and content. What you define and orientate yourself as originates from deep fear and anxiety, True spiritual realization is understanding that you can transcend fear by understanding that you have the power to look past it. Or as Singer says, you take down the walls and let the light in.

Omg. You finally explained in a more simple way the concept of who I am. Or self realization. It's so interesting. I wish I could talk with Mr. Singer. I listen to a lot of spiritual info and I feel like I finally understand. Concept of self. The explanation of playing Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz was so real. I have felt that same feeling on so many occasions. Ego is the masquerading of self. Mr. Singer. Thank you for your book and for the interview. I want to dive into this whole thing right now. I wish I could meet you.

This was a fabulous interview and would love to see more of this as it really helped me understand Michael's work which is beyond brilliant in my eyes as I have been a life long seeker and this thinking is extremely powerful & helped me get why I am really here! I would love to start a support group of sorts perhaps like a discussion group around his work that was helpful in supporting it's members to stay on track and continue the process of shifting out of the thinking mind!! Thank you for this powerful interview!!
