    👩🏻‍🍳 RECIPES:
    Easy Chicken Enchiladas Recipe- www.smalltownwoman.com/homema...
NOTES: Turned these into enchiladas instead.
Used 4 ounces of sour cream
1 12.5 ounce can of chicken, drained
cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder (didn't measure)
1 cup or so of shredded cheese
Baked at 350 degree for about 25-30 or so minutes.
Easy Chicken Sandwich Melt recipe- natashaskitchen.com/easy-chic...
NOTES: Made half the recipes and it made enough for 4. One hoagie half for each person. I just eyeballed the seasonings and used paprika, pepper and garlic powder. I may have also added onion powder. I did not add any salt to this recipe and it was plenty salty enough.
Easy Baked Chicken Nuggets recipe- www.instrupix.com/easy-baked-...
NOTES: Added garlic powder, pepper, Italian seasoning
    Chicken Noodle Casserole Recipe- www.thecountrycook.net/chicke...
NOTES: Made half the recipe, but should have made the whole thing. It was so good! Added onion powder and garlic powder. I recommend combining the panko with the butter and then adding to the top of the casserole. Used a combo of frozen mixed veggies and a frozen onion/carrot/celery blend.

You have to put the corn tortilla in med hot oil for a very few seconds seconds . Then they don’t crack. Set them on a plate while you’re getting your filling ready.

Hi Amanda, I bush my tortillas with a little oil and put them in a pan over med-lowish heat for about 30 seconds on each side. It softens them enough to roll without cracking, just make sure they don't get crisp, just pliable. I have so many cans of chicken that need to be rotated out, this video gives me a lot of ideas. TFS have a blessed week. 🙏🏻✝❤

Rather than using salt- and preservative-laden canned "chicken", buy a few chicken tenders or breasts... Bring a pot of seasoned (garlic, pepper, onion) water to a boil. Turn OFF the burner then slide in your chicken, put a lid on it and let it poach for anywhere from 30-60 minutes depending on the size of the chicken pieces. Use THOSE rather than that other stuff. Yes, there is a bit of a price difference, but the nutritional value is exponential in comparison. God bless!

I may not have mentioned it in my video, but I used the reduced sodium canned chicken. I am careful about sodium so I’m very watchful of food labels. When it comes to chicken, I usually like to roast it, crockpot it or sometimes sauté it in a skillet. I make it a variety of ways. While canned chicken is not something I regularly use, it is a pantry staple that many people have on hand. So I thought it would make a good choice to show some yummy things that can be made with it. Thank you for watching! Have a good week and God bless!
