Brussel sprouts: cut the smallest bit off the end, remove outer leaves until desired, cut them "lengthwise" in 3rds. Sautee in olive oil low and slow until nicely caramelized. Can also add sliced onions. Take the time meeded to get nicely caramelized. At the end can add a few pats of butter. I choose to only season with salt and a bit of pepper because I love the flavor of the sprouts when cooked this way. I cook cauliflower similarly, cutting florets lengthwise in 3rds, cooking low and slow until well caramelized. Better treat than chips and cheese 😊

You’ve previously shared the chocolate crescent rolls before and I’ve made them several times since then - so so good! Quick and easy. With there just being 2 of us, I quite often halve recipes. So that will leave me with 3 or 4 crescent rolls in a can if I make something for dinner using crescents, making the chocolate crescent rolls is a great way to use up the whole can. I’ve also made these using Nutella instead of the chocolate chips and they’re amazing

Hi, Amanda. I graduated from high school in 1984 and moved out on my own that year. One thing my mom made for appetizers when I still lived at home was fondue with chopped up French bread. Man, I haven’t had fondue since then but it sounds good. I remember towards the late ‘80s my husband and I made a lot of guacamole and that 7 layer dip as appetizers. Of course I had big hair and lots of perms in the ‘80s and was always using my mom’s Aquanet lol Thx for a great video and bringing back memories.
