Thank you guys for sharing. Same here in Poland, same problems but same opportunities. Especially we look forward to still make things inside to have control on quality, also timing which are usually the thing. Other thing is having specialists and team working in one place, which helps to combine their skills and it really make a "take off" if i can say that, the production process. Faster learning curve for shure, and endless solutions on subjects. Take care!

great interview Matteo & great questions Melos.
I liked all the insights, especially this: "If you're just starting, forget about quality, you need to do a lot" - Done is Better Than Perfect: at this stage, many artists get stuck and never move forward. such a great tip 👍🏻

I disagree, there is so much garbage out there, just spitting out volume over high quality is not going to get you anywhere. People want to see what really striking, beautiful, different, not I just got it done quality.

i move to blender cause i can't afford 3dsmax and it's all plugin subscription. to be honest i love some part in 3dsmax, vice versa. blender for interior modeling and render just too powerfull. i just bought around 800$ for all addon that i need in blender either for still image and animation. and it's lifetime. huge saver for me. yes now i model and render 100% in blender both for interior and exterior.

Race to the bottom with price is a bad idea, I agree with that. However, using your face as a sort of brand is also kind of missing the mark. It's like Realtors who put their face on their business cards who think it's all about them instead of the quality of service they do. It's kind of tacky and very social media selfie gen thinking. You would never see a famous architect do that because their work is supposed to stand for itself.
