According to Safariland it wouldn't fit the full size 45 model. The GLS holsters are by number, so this is a 578 which fits things like the 9/40 USP compact, HK45 standard and compact, a bunch of glocks, most of the larger M&P line, a lot of the standard size Sig's... You really want to use their holster finder, NOT the list each holster gives. The list given on each holster's page or package is WRONG and they don't seem to care. The holster finder system has the correct fit info.
@@demondreamer954 The issue is the trigger guard with the retention system so without actually measuring... I'm tempted to grind my P320's trigger guard to try to make it fit. It isn't like I can't get a replacement cheap enough if I am not happy with it. Maybe I'll start on the shorter frame I have that doesn't have the rail going all the way to the muzzle. I don't use that one so if I goof it's no loss.
Actually, I'm wrong. Just went and checked because that sounded opposite to me. The P320 has a narrow trigger guard compared to the P80. So, the problem is the total height from the bottom of the rail/frame to the top of the slide. Short of grinding off the lower portion of the rail.... I may do it just because I wanna see how well it works. Like I said, that spare frame is diposable.
Sig has a large amount of holsters at least 8 months ago it did idk 2 years ago? So I can see why they want you to buy the 200+ holster for it. Damn capitalism 😅
It's gotten better, but the options still aren't as good as Glocks, but at least these days you can get whatever you need even if there aren't five options for every possible configuration and situation. I still like the 578's, still use them even though I got rid of the P320 and HK.

Make more lvl 2 or 3 even 4 the norm just so no one takes a gun from someone and goes on a shooting spree? Yea that was so left field but you never know with the unarmed people? Like why are the unarmed people more dangerous then the armed ones? Like taking a gun from someone when you do not have a gun takes something? Like I can’t buy a gun but I can steal one from a dumb person who has no retention no weapon belt? Like should there be a standard for everyone? Like a free holster for said gun with a gun belt lmao? I'm not sure the size comparison to the hk usp 45 but I have a glock 17 that fits pretty good in this holster
