I was the best looking guy in high school and straight A’s and 20 years later, at my high school reunion I was the fattest and least successful.
My mom died in the summer after graduation in a car accident and my dad remarried a lady very soon afterwards who didn’t allow us into their new life... it was all about her kids and herself. I literally fell into a deep depression and struggled through 20 years of panic stacks and suicide attempts.
At my high school reunion I heard people laughing at me. I don’t know why but it triggered something in me.
    Survival.
I am down 150 pounds and work out every day. I look better than I have since high school and I’m happy because I decided my life has value.

They really do. In the long run they greatly reduced their health risks to their insurance and the system and the way they reward those kinds of efforts is to let them have to deal with chaffing and pain and possible infections. It’s truly a travesty.

I've been losing weight very slowly for the past 4-5 years. My biggest was 118 kg in late 2013. I'm now 104-106 kg. It's not much, I know...I don't do anything too special, just a little change in diet every other months, and keep actively working (I'm a cook/chef in my own mini pizzeria/bakery) while maintaining my health (I have hypertension and uric acid and my tiny feet often hurt if I stand/walk too long). I'm glad to say I don't have the loose skin problems except on my chin...it is ugly, but at least people outside my closest family and girl friends won't see it because I wear hijab. 😊
I respect these people because they can lose weight so many so fast, but I can't follow their examples. I don't have budget to do such expensive operations. I just wish to be healthy and can live at least to 50 years old...maybe even more...

105 kg!!? Please continue losing weight, it is either lose the weight or lose your life at this point. You can definitely do it it's hard to break habits and change a lifestyle but you absolutely have to unless you want to live a worse life and die an early death

Yes, I honestly planned to. I went to the clinic twice a month to get my hypertension medicines and I always do general health check-ups like weight, blood tension, uric acid, blood sugar, heart rates, and cholesterol (I used to have problems with them all). Now it's only hypertension and uric acid, and although my weight is sometimes "yoyoing", the general trend is going down, and my waistline has down under 100 cm (40 inches)...so I'm still grateful.
Right now I can't go to the gym/walk because I don't have time and money (I work 2 jobs and have to take care of my sick parents, I have no siblings or husband), so all I can do is living as active as I could and eat healthy. I know if I hit the gym or doing walking+swimming again I could lose the weight faster, but I have too tight of schedules in the moment (I did experience losing weight from 88 to 73 kg in 3 months at 2005 by walking 5 km daily and swimming 3x a week, so I knew it is doable! I'm always been an active person)
Thank you for your concern and advice, I appreciate it. ❤ May we all support each other in being healthy and losing weight!

I leave GG and XG for G and some models even use M, as I am happy. I'm going to make some videos that I did, tell a little about my story. Maybe I can help and motivate a lot of people. It was so hard to break the bad habits so I am instilling healthy habits into my kids. Diet and exercise unfortunately does not work for everyone. Health related issues and even body types can cause a person to be overweight. I was responding to an insensitive comment that just rubbed me the wrong way. But just so we can get this clear, I am a 50 year old male who has the honor of working out in a gym every day with both the US Army SFODA and the US Navy SEALs and I can hold my own amongst them so if you have a problem with my reply let’s hear it.

These young people are an inspiration. God help you. I too am heavy. It took over 35 years for doctors to believe me when I said I had thyroid problems. After I had my son, where I gained over a hundred pounds, I belonged to Kaiser. They would not do the right testing. I had to move to another state before a doctor to start giving me thyroid medicine. I still changed my diet. It’s more green veggies then before and intermittent fasting and I’ve lost over a hundred pounds in two years. I’ve had my starts and stops. But over all I’m proud that I did it on my own with out surgery . But got bless you kids for doing it in your younger years. I will tell stress does hamper weight loss and can interfere with loosing. And it can cause you to increase weight too without you realizing it. It did me while I was taking care of my mom thru her dementia and to her death.

I know this will make no difference to you but we all have our poisons. Some turn to alcohol some turn to drugs. self mutilation seems to be what most people turn to through depression. I don’t know why, I’m not a psychologist. But I know through my own journey that some turn to food for comfort. I have for as long as I can remember. When NOTHING else in your life brings you comfort, you reach for what makes you happy. And some people really like food. Food tastes good, why not? But the same as drugs or alcohol, you KNOW In the long run it does nothing and you know it’s not good but you think it’ll be ok for now. You just want to feel better. People just need understanding and help! Encouragement not judgment. Humans have dark thoughts, they hurt more than they let everyone know. But humans ALSO judge without knowing what made that person turn to such a lifestyle. If you’ve ever been over weight, you know it’s not pleasant. Fat people know people judge them. They know society looks at them as not worth life because what they’ve done to themselves. People like that hate themselves more than anyone else could hate them. It’s a way to numb yourself, to comfort yourself. I wish people would understand it’s not just STOP EATING. When I become depressed, cleaning, socializing, exercising is so HARD. I feel lost, confused, worth-less, tired, and sad. Like there’s no point in trying. But pretty much all I’m trying to say is everyone turns to different things in their time of darkness. Some peoples darkness lasts longer. Or they were born with to much or not enough chemical in their brain to balance their feelings, or were raised void of self-discipline. Our human race is becoming more prone to depression and anxiety. Most have both

@Mr.Lyrics I'm sure she didnt think her children to be a curse but instead felt stressed about doing things alone. As someone who has been a single mom and did it for 5 years before I got remarried I can tell you being a single parent is a lot of work. God never meant for there to be single parents.. it's not suppose to be that way. This world is just so messed up and it's sad really that anyone could land up parenting alone. Imagine having to make sure you and your children survive, have all the Bill's paid, and get to enjoy life. Sometimes it means no sick days at work or taking a pay cut when your child is sick and you had to stay home. Imagine fearing you cant pay your rent because you had to take those days off. Even worse what happens if you get laid off? I mean not everyone has the resources to just snap back. Life for a single parent is not so easy. Two parents in a home is better than one. So it's not the child she regretted having but the stress of everyday single parenting and never knowing what would come next. I have felt that worry and carried the burden she has and it is by no means easy to carry.

This is bad.. he should hav lost the weight in an improper way..
Technically by doing proper workouts and gradually reducing weights, skin compresses and leaves scars on the body.. This might have been with some injections or drugs..
