The lions didn't trade for him so he could "replace" hutch, we severely need pressure on the qb and currently Zedarious would lead the team in both pressures and sacks outside of hutch...it was an obvious and necessary move and hopefully he can keep our dline above water until hutch returns

Give Mingo time with better coaching and quarterback play and you might have a much better player than what has been produced so far. This isn't me trying to defend Jerry or being a homer. People were clowning GM Dan Morgan for getting very little for Diontae. Dan said bet and took total advantage of a senile owner/GM. A big win to get a 4th in a rebuild for Mingo that was not gonna make the roster next year most likely.
The Lattimore trade seems over-valued to me. The dude has missed 17 games in the last 2 years. Odds are, he’s not going to finish this season out healthy. I assume they are getting him to perform in the playoffs, but that’s a risky move given his history.

If they do, then ultimately it worked out for a net gain, but if they don’t draft a contributor they literally wasted (potentially) 2 top-50 picks in that draft by not drafting somebody that went after Mingo that actually is a contributor.
Crazy take for some reason but I just don't hate the Mingo trade and I'm not even a Cowboys fan. It's a player they liked in the draft, still on his rookie deal for 2.5 years, at a position of need, and all it took was a 7th to 4th pick swap. Yeah top level receivers are going for cheap, but the Cowboys just aren't winning this year, that's obvious, nobody is gonna want to go there rn. Also the Cowboys can't rebuild like a normal team, they can't tank, it just doesn't work like that, so maybe this is a step to bolster their offense for a run next year with a new coach.

They may have a good record, but their strength of schedule has been pretty weak so far. What is their best win of the season? Maybe the Falcons even tho it was week 1 before they started clicking. The Ravens should win this division and I don’t see them beating the Chiefs or the Bills. Maybe they get lucky and play a banged up Texans on the road. I get you don’t want to waste any of TJ Watt’s prime years, but this is how you become the Saints, stuck in perpetual mediocrity because you refuse to acknowledge that you aren’t a real competitor. I feel like Mike Tomlin and ownership are more concerned about preserving his “never had a losing season” title than he is about winning a Super Bowl.
As a CowBoys fan I wish that they didn't pay dak. CeeDee and Parsons are must sign talants that whenever they are on the fierld they impact the game like no others. However, Dak is an up and down player. One week Dak could be the best or a top 3 player in the entire NFL, but his floor is very low. Jerry should have let Dak go and give Lance a shot, he showed flashes in San fran and I think could be a top 10 QB if he was given the time. Now they are going to be paying 3 players 150 million dollars... The Boys should have let Dak go, keep Lamb and Parsons, and expect to have a bad year this year. I'm tired of Jerry thinking he can throw money around and win another super bowl, he needs to sell now before his senile mind ruines my team.
As a Ravens fan, the trades made by the Steelers worries me. The Steelers addressed needs on the edge and receiver. Wow! Better put this on your resume!
Seriously for the 1000th time, hutchinson is the most overrated player on the league. Pressures is a garbage stat. He did all his damage in 1 game, which he does every year. Overrated until he learns what consistency is
you dont know ball
Wat!? Pressure are a more reliable stat than sacks
Yeah just don’t comment again, you clearly don’t know ball at all
@@economicsmadeeasy5266Ikr! It shows the consistency players are actually getting to the QB. Sacks are more luck-based.
Learn ball
Not only that but we got a pic back. They ended up paying 11 million out of his contract and we only have to pay 605,000 I believe so it’s a total steel and win. We got the best available edge rusher and the biggest need so just quit talking, please.
You should collaborate with Barry, it would have the comical/straight take for football talk that would be fun
Yeah, I quit listening when you were starting to break down Smith do you know what you’re talking about? Sometimes it sounds like you do but we fed them. It’s not that they let them go for cheap. They had no other choice and we flee them. That’s why.
