I have been learning to play guitar for over a year now with a knockoff Strat. My husband took me to try out new guitars for a Christmas gift. I tested 25 different guitars that day. When I got my hands on a PRS S2 McCarty 594 and I was IN LOVE! Ordered it in Whale Blue and I just LOVE it. Here's to making great strides in my learning in 2022! Thank you Paul Reed Smith for making the best guitar I ever had my hands on!
You go girl! I wish there were as many great low cost choices when I started playing many moons ago, and you've got a guitar that you can play your whole life, it's that good. There's also massive amounts of resources on RUclips, so you won't have to go through much of the growing pains that us old timers did.
I love the way Paul talks about the employees (sounds a lot like Bob Taylor too). It took me years to find an employer with that sort of mentality and I can say from experience that makes an IMMENSE difference to the lives of the people on the floor and the quality of the product going out the door.
I’m guessing the rockstar who needed the refret was Mark Tremonti. I love PRS guitars, can’t wait to see what’s in store for 2022. Fingers crossed that stainless steel frets make an entry outside of private stock.
I've played PRS since around 2003, and am lucky enough to own a few of their products - guitars and amps included. The quality is second to none, and when Paul says the customer will get their money's worth he isn't kidding. I'm concerned with the state of pricing in 2022, as the cost of operations, paired with inflation and COVID related commodity shortages has caused significant increases. For instance - in 2010, my 10 top limited run Tremonti cost me $3200CAD -- now, a regular off the line 10 top Tremonti sells for $6170CAD -- very nearly twice the cost. It's just not attainable any longer. This isn't specific to PRS, obviously...I'm just a huge fan and supporter of everything they do, so I felt compelled to comment on this video. Keep up the high standards, and incredible work PRS!
Glad you brought pricing up. I’ve been a die hard PRS guy since 1997. Recorded and played live with nothing else. But a CU24 non-10 is now 4000 dollars in the US. That’s scary. Frankly, it’s just too high.
i really! Really!!! Love my Custom 24-08 which was made in 2021 the pickup are just insane... both split or humbucker mode each position are different and interesting clear up very well and no need for treble bleed when i pick it up in the store i was like... "Oh crap now i got to get it... and i will have to wait maybe a year before i can buy it" i told the guys at the store to hide it behind the other guitar as i was very serious but was not able to do a deposit at that moment (and it would have only allowed 1 month of reservation i was at home planing to do a loan and talking with my bank... then something wonderful happen my dad was hearing me talking about my plan to get the guitar of my dream during the last 10 years i did struggle a lot with different form of addictions and mental and physical health and it took lots of work to overcome theses ive being almost 7 years without playing any music and had sold most of my gear though in august 2020 i had restarted playing for good ( bought my myself a hollow body Gretsch guitar that i do love and later a Chapman Hybrid Pro) carefully manage my money so i can afford to reequip myself and had regained the trust of my parents in the meanwhile so my dad (who is a accountant by profession) offer me to buy the guitar for me so i don't loose the opportunity (and have to wait 3 years to get one when i get the fund in case it was sold) and avoid paying high interest fee and trust that i will be able to repay him since i showed him i had recovered my brain could just not process i would have never ask my father to help me for that but he wanted to and he says he enjoys hearing me play in the morning before he leave for work (i am stuck at home due to chronic illness) that start his day wonderfully and often when he cant sleep and me either (we both have very often insomnia) he feel good hearing my playing in the basement where i have arrange my little home studio and he offered we drive to the store and pick it up right now!!! This guitar is not just a fancy guitar or a tool it's the symbol of my dad trust and the dignity we both build (thru lots of challenge) this guitar has more meaning than its look (which is fantastic) its playability and its sound it's the meaning of a father and son bond healed and also all the peoples that help me going thru the last 10 years of hell i went thank you to all the PRS team for building guitars with a passion and quality the level of that meaning
What I love about PRS is their absolutely uncompromising stance on quality and the beauty of the guitars. Additionally it‘s also Paul‘s attitude that a guitar always can be improved and that the guy who‘s name is on the guitar is still calling the shots.
The Pandemic years might be remembered as PRS's golden era, when they made their best guitars. The company seems to be at or approaching its "sweet spot", the guitars are amazing, the company is profitable. Here's to PRS not falling a victim to their own success and growing too large.
I would love to work for Paul. He seems such a cool human being. I could listen to him talk for hours. I know PRS guitars aren’t for everyone but they make some wonderful, wonderful instruments. I am not a bling guy but love the single cut satin finish with P90s and the Mira. They smell great too. Keep on keeping on.
I got a Fiore a month ago. It instantly became my number one. And I’ve got a nice collection. Fantastic build quality, incredibly versatile. Rolling back the volume is sweetness. No need to modify this one! I’m converted
Paul, Jack & Jamie, you and the entire PRS family have achieved significance in our community. Keep leading with your hearts, your passions and your love for making high-quality products.
My first PRS is from 1990. I have added many since then, and have never sold a single one. I have never picked up a USA made PRS that came out of the box that was not 100% ready to go. On Boxing Day, I bought a CE24 in Sapphire Smokewrap. It may have been in store for a while but it is spectacular, certainly as good as any of my other PRS guitars, and I find I even like the pickups more than some of my guitars from the nineties. Quality counts, and when one compares what you might be expected to pay for something with similar quality from another vendor, PRS has never let me down. I have ordered a DGT and am told it will take 18 months. So be it. Thanks to everyone at PRS Guitars for your commitment and dedication over the years. Thank you all as well for not going down the idiotic relic road. A great guitar ages with you, not through fakery and BS. My wishes to all for a superb 2022!
I have an SE Singlecut from 2010, around about the time they first starting putting birds on the SEs. It's absolutely the best guitar I've ever owned - plays effortlessly, has a gorgeous deep orange flame top and is curved and contoured in all the right places. It's been a dream of mine to own a Core Custom 24 since I started playing some 15 years ago (and one day I will!), but until then every other guitar I play is measured against my SE. PRS are just on another level in terms of quality, class and innovation. Much love and thanks!
I play with a musician, Clarence “The Bluesman” Turner. I got him the same orange SE Singlecut. It is the same amazing guitar you have. I wanted him to have the best possible guitar he could afford. This fills the bill.
I recently got a 2021 ce24 and it has quickly become my favorite guitar! The Craftsmanship is on a level above my Gibson (lp standard also 2021) and 2 fenders(tele, strat). I really can't put into words why it's better but it just is. There is not the tiniest problem anywhere, it's perfect! I can't get over how incredible the neck and pickups are! Thank you PRS!
A customers feedback. 1. Paul your a great person, the kinda guy you hope will be your neighbor, type of person when you move to a new home/neighborhood . 2 A leadership style everyone should strive to be to be to become a successful business manager in any profession one may choose. 3.Products are easy to buy, you know the quality in the box before you open it. 4. Your company is the real example that defines ; “Total Quality Management “ , Thanks for a great product, and an American icon in the music business.
When Paul brought up "sleeper" guitars, the NF3, was the guitar that came to my mind as well. The guitar itself plays killer, like any PRS, but those narrowfield pickups are a masterpiece: astounding clarity and balance with a percussive attack in any position across all strings, yet they never sound shrill or strident. Love mine!
I love the earnestness of these conversations. These guys believe in what they are doing. Both of my PRS guitars were bought second hand and they're never leaving because both exude magic! Hope I can pick up a 24 fret someday.
To Paul and the entire team, thank you for making my new USA Silver Sky. I really don’t know anything about John Mayer, I just bought the guitar because it was simply the very best available. Period. Nothing else came close.
I've got the CE24 standard when you all brought back the CE24's here recently and I've been going back to it ever since. It's extremely versatile. Hopefully I can add another PRS to my collection!
After a few years of looking and learning about PRS guitars, I finally own one! Every other guitar feels different now, even the one I love that is not a PRS. I love these chats as well. Learning about the concepts, processes, history, and thoughts of all the PRS family is very enjoyable.
What you have working at PRS is the concept of Radical Transparency, honest, direct communication at all and every level of the company. Every one pulling the barge in the same direction as efficiently and effectively. Congrats guys it's working!!
to make it very clear and transparent : I love PRS CUs, and I love that it's about product, and that's THA best "this is how we are different, AND better". Thank You Sir Paul Reed Smith
Terrific chat. Fantastic attitude and transparency.I absolutely love my Paul's SE, and SE 245. I'm 68 and they stand up against my vintage guitars. Still play out weekly your guitars are just eager and fun. Thank you!
There is a balance to be achieved with quality and growth. The model of growth by all means in order to sell to private equity before you die is the reason western influence is waning. The products of the early Americas, Germans, and Japanese are the standard. In the end, your legacy is what matters. Producing quality instruments that stand the test of time will matter long after you are gone Paul. I adore this company for the core products it produces. Please don't water down the secret sauce. If you do this you will always know that you made the best instruments money can buy. One cannot control what happens after they die, but one can rest peacefully knowing they made a quality product for other humans that deserve that quality in exchange for their toil.
Im a big PRS fan , I wonder if they would get into Jazz guitar building ... I know PRS make the brilliant hollowbody , but Im meaning a more traditional jazz style , acoustic and floating pickup and bigger body , flat wound strings etc .. a thing of beauty and tone.. I notice jazz guitar styles seem to be picking up a lot these days , certainly loads of interest in the older generation but also the younger guys .. some are amazing ! . When you think about PRS I think its true to say they are more focused on the rock side of things and of course are brilliant at what they produce so maybe its too risky to really go into it , although if they did Im pretty sure the instruments would be the business ! . Dont know if it would happen but I would love to see it.
Cheers and Happy New Year to the team at PRS. Thanks for everything that everyone at the factory does to keep modern music moving in the right direction. It's just a really special experience playing a guitar that FEELS right. That's what music is all about, the feel, the vibe, and PRS guitars reflect that in their work. It's truly inspiring.
I have never shared this - I waited since 1988/89 when I saw Mitch Easter playing a custom 24 with Let’s Active (talk about a deep reference) and it blew my mind. I got my first custom 24 a few years ago. It only took 30 years. I now have added a cu22 semi special. Simply said - the wait was worth it. My son has an SE torero. Thank you for what you do and inspiring players, both rock stars and normal guys. The business model is as fascinating as the instruments because it all starts with and ends with the instruments. Thanks for sharing your insight and although I have never played a guitar similar to what I hope is dropping Jan 11 - I am waiting for my next add to the collection. Salud and Happy New Year to everyone making our dreams come true.
I love that you care about the quality of the musical instruments. I’d like to see PRS treat regular customers who buy instruments the same way you treat influencers in terms of fixing instruments with manufacturing defects. Feel free to message me for further details. That would make my day. All the best for 2022.
Nice hearing the guys talking. I took a bit of flier with lockdown in the UK and bought a PRS on reputation and listening to Paul and others at PRS expressing their commitment to the ethos of making great guitars (loved Jack's walk around the Indonesian factory). So I invested in an SE Paul's guitar. It has been my go to guitar ever since. Now I am waiting till the 11th Jan!!!. I dream about Core or even Wood library but I know they will be financially out of reach yet I am happy with the quality of the SE versions. Could be an SE Hollowbody II or.......well lets wait and see. i
What we are witnessing with these presentations by Paul & Co is the magic of PRS Guitars i.e., Paul's passion for the guitar as an infectious factor that has taken over his team and the guitar-buying public. It would be fair to say that Gibson and fender owners love their instruments but with PRS there is an added element that is similar to the way Apple consumers love their apple products. I know that because when I'm away from my PRS SE Hollowbody II Piezo and PRS SE Paul's Guitar I think about them and I get home I hold them. If that is not love then I don't know what is!!!
The 2021 produced PRS Custom 24 35th Anniversary in Violet Blue burst is art and musicality personified - this guitar takes musicality, tone and playability to a new level . My compliments to the team at PRS.
Excited to be sending in my Private Stock to the factory for a pickup swap and coil-split capability added! 😎 Think it’s safe to say 2022 is shaping up to be a good year. 👍
Paul to me is the Steve Jobs of the guitar world! Always focused on making the best, most innovative products at the highest quality. I put my hands on over 30 guitars this year. No PRS (including SE) has disappointed me. I purchased two really nice wood library guitars and I could not be happier with their playability and quality. They smell good too LOL
Hi team, Keep up with the amazing work. Your ideal that you make a guitar and the guitar just makes it for you and you don't want to stop playing the guitar, I can feel it on mine. It's an SE, the quality control there is amazing and the guitar exceeds my expectations. I have 1997 ESP Custom Shop Japan Kirk Hammett, that has EMG-81 pickups, the Santana SE Single Cut Egyptian Gold is an absolute beast. They are not active like the EMG but they are louder, I feel that the sound is absolutely perfect. Amazing guys. Happy New Year and keep it up :)
It’s awesome to hear persons at you guys level saying that quality and customer service are the pillars on which your company stands. It’s way to easy for a major corporation to chase dollars and neglect their customer base. Congrats on all your success and making some of the best instruments that money can buy. Now if I could only get Paul to sign my 1992 artist series my dreams would become reality.
Wow, it’s interesting to hear it’s been this long! I think you all had been open like 4 or 5 years when we met! Great humans like ya’ll can’t help make incredible guitars! Jack, thanks I’m going to take you up on that fishing trip this year!
My new PRE SE A60E acoustic is fantastic. I previously owned a Private Stock Angelus and while the PS was obviously incredible, this SE gets a lot of playing time. I was so impressed, I also purchased an SE Hollowbody - swapped out the pickups (OX4 Low Winds) and put a McCarty electronics kit in it. It was fine before, but now it sings like any $3k+ guitar I’ve ever owned. Looking forward to what PRS will be doing in ‘22 and beyond!
The search for my 60th Birthday present guitar lead me to a Wood Library McCarty with a Brazilian neck. I so enjoyed the journey to find it, that the acquisition made it all the more sweet.
No question about it. Out of all the guitars I have ever owned, the best made ones are my PRS guitars. I still love my Fenders and Gibsons and Gretschs, because they do something different than my PRS’s, but my PRS guitars definitely have the highest attention to detail.
Thanks for this lovely time Paul Jack Jamie and all at PRS past and present. But wait a minute ... the present guitars are better than the older ones!?! My ‘88 Pearl White Special has been outstanding in magical comfort, tone, playability and just Mmmmm a favourite since new 100% reliable at all times among a nice collection of great instruments. That gets better?
im a customer. it feels good to know you guys want to make great guitars. my goal is to make great music. it doesn't stop at the output of the guitar. the guitar plugs into a pedalboard, then an amp, then a speaker, then a microphone then preamp, compressor audio interface, effects etc. where in that chain can you contribute, even if its a change in the guitar that makes the chain better. think big go for it. we are here to be your partner.
5-Stars! ★★★★★ I'm sure lovin' my new SE Hollowbody II Piezo... it's a fantastic instrument regardless of price. It took me forever to find one in Black Gold but it was well worth the wait!
Thanks gang. Please don't make any more great new guitars though. My pocket book (and Wife) cannot handle it. You are killing me,,,, really. Take care all and Happy New Year.
I hope to be able to pick up a PRS one of these days. I have never played one but have heard many online played. Great video. Congrats on all the success!
I didn't get my first PRS until I retired, because I always thought they were too expensive, which was stupid on my part, because I missed out on so much. I've said this many times, but after owning three of them now, my opinion is you can't afford NOT to own one. They have been life changing to my playing and sound.
@@flybynight1929 that is exactly why I don't own one yet. I am saving up though. Hopefully through Fivrr and Twitch, I can earn enough extra cash to purchase one some day. Thanks for the reply! 🎸😎🤟
Sadly my 1st experience with a PRS se was a bad one & it had to be sent back .. on my Birthday which is near Christmas & as is my habit I opt for one big present instead of two small ones .. I could send you the picture but I am in my dressing gown & look so sad ..lol However I tried really hard to save enough for the Silver sky & I am still trying .. But at age 67 & with my Wife & I having some health problems .. it looks like we might have to move house .. I do have an Epiphone Casino an old one & a Gibson Les paul D.C. re-issue which is nicknamed the precious plus I have a few Squiers & lot's of semi repaired project's .. But I wish I had a PRS " Red Dragon " just with the ONE Gold Ring pickup .. One Pickup to rule them all lol .. I love the Silver Sky design & they have almost doubled in price since when they were new .. I love the Carlo's model's I just missed out on a 2nd hand one one year by one day & it was gone B4 I could get back to the shop with the begged & borrowed cash oh well .. I will keep on trying & saving .. One year my two beloved Collie's came 1st ( Vet's Bill's ) & it always seemed like there was a part falling off the Car or our House that would eat up the spare Cash .. lol for example Keep your teeth or get a Guitar ? lol .. Best wishes & big love to all at PRS .. Some day I will get that delivery . Cheers .
After so many years of buying and selling Fender's and Gibson's, and a few Ibanez' too (I still have quite a few, they're great) and playing perhaps a thousand different guitars in my life, owned, borrowed or just demo'd, nothing in the industry comes close to the sound, playability and especially the quality of the PRS's, period. (I will admit there are a few boutique makers I haven't had the opportunity to sample) I see lots of vids on RUclips (Trogly's Guitar is the best for checking out Gibson's, but there are so many others) about what people consider incredible flamed LP's, and I always laugh, because you can pick any core model PRS, and their flamed maple just blows them away. I secretly think Gibson get's the scrap wood PRS wouldn't touch.
Interesting that you mention at 2:27 brand vs product. While you clearly made the decision to focus on product part of me is saddened that the brand isn’t as prestigious as it once was.
13:30 they talk about awards and mention an award for someone/something that changed the industry quietly with their work. I’m curious who and what they are alluding to. Anyone know who/what they’re talking about?

That's beautiful, wishing you the very best of luck.
That's a major jump from a knock-off strat.
I love the way Paul talks about the employees (sounds a lot like Bob Taylor too). It took me years to find an employer with that sort of mentality and I can say from experience that makes an IMMENSE difference to the lives of the people on the floor and the quality of the product going out the door.
You can tell by watching their videos, they have the company culture down.
I’m guessing the rockstar who needed the refret was Mark Tremonti.
I love PRS guitars, can’t wait to see what’s in store for 2022. Fingers crossed that stainless steel frets make an entry outside of private stock.
I hear you, would love to also see a 14" radius somewhere.

i told the guys at the store to hide it behind the other guitar as i was very serious but was not able to do a deposit at that moment (and it would have only allowed 1 month of reservation
i was at home planing to do a loan and talking with my bank...
then something wonderful happen
my dad was hearing me talking about my plan to get the guitar of my dream
during the last 10 years i did struggle a lot with different form of addictions and mental and physical health and it took lots of work to overcome theses
ive being almost 7 years without playing any music and had sold most of my gear
though in august 2020 i had restarted playing for good ( bought my myself a hollow body Gretsch guitar that i do love and later a Chapman Hybrid Pro)
carefully manage my money so i can afford to reequip myself
and had regained the trust of my parents in the meanwhile
so my dad (who is a accountant by profession) offer me to buy the guitar for me so i don't loose the opportunity (and have to wait 3 years to get one when i get the fund in case it was sold)
and avoid paying high interest fee
and trust that i will be able to repay him since i showed him i had recovered
my brain could just not process
i would have never ask my father to help me for that
but he wanted to and he says
he enjoys hearing me play in the morning before he leave for work (i am stuck at home due to chronic illness)
that start his day wonderfully
and often when he cant sleep and me either (we both have very often insomnia) he feel good hearing my playing in the basement where i have arrange my little home studio

😎👍💗🇺🇸🎸 LONG LIVE PRS!!!
Relic free since 1985!
What I love about PRS is their absolutely uncompromising stance on quality and the beauty of the guitars. Additionally it‘s also Paul‘s attitude that a guitar always can be improved and that the guy who‘s name is on the guitar is still calling the shots.
Got my first USA PRS a couple months ago. Faded whale blue 35th Anniversary. Cheers to everyone watching these videos, god *damn* I love this guitar.
The Pandemic years might be remembered as PRS's golden era, when they made their best guitars. The company seems to be at or approaching its "sweet spot", the guitars are amazing, the company is profitable. Here's to PRS not falling a victim to their own success and growing too large.
People on forums I heard disagree and think quality got worse but who knows 🤷♂️
I would love to work for Paul. He seems such a cool human being. I could listen to him talk for hours. I know PRS guitars aren’t for everyone but they make some wonderful, wonderful instruments. I am not a bling guy but love the single cut satin finish with P90s and the Mira. They smell great too. Keep on keeping on.
As much as Paul appreciates us, we appreciate him and his life's work, tenfold. Happy Holidays from this side of the Bay Bridge!

I can see why Paul and Jack wanted Jamie on the team, he's insightful and genuine. Glad he is being showcased in this!

So proud to own 2 prs core guitars. Bought both used. Have never had to adjust anything on either one...that's 16 years ago.
Love my SE, it plays and looks 3 times it price. Thank you PRS and family for building the best guitars around. Best of luck in 2022, Jeff.

I've got the CE24 standard when you all brought back the CE24's here recently and I've been going back to it ever since. It's extremely versatile. Hopefully I can add another PRS to my collection!
The 9 month wait for my Blue Custom 24 SE was totally worth it! It's performance and art all in one.
Topics discussed here apply to more than just guitars. This was a great inspiration for me today.
Very happy to be a PRS owner. Thanks for your hard work and always striving to make a better instrument, even after all these years.
Looking forward to a great 2022... I just acquired an Original Sewell... I can't wait to unbox it and let it rip for a few hours.
After a few years of looking and learning about PRS guitars, I finally own one! Every other guitar feels different now, even the one I love that is not a PRS.
I love these chats as well. Learning about the concepts, processes, history, and thoughts of all the PRS family is very enjoyable.
Can't describe my love for PRS guitars and I own them all. Hands down, the best
What you have working at PRS is the concept of Radical Transparency, honest, direct communication at all and every level of the company. Every one pulling the barge in the same direction as efficiently and effectively.
Congrats guys it's working!!
You guys are the best, the minute I can afford one, PRS is my guitar brand. Thanks you for all the years of joy and here’s to many more!
Damn I wish I lived in MD. This is the place to grow and have a career doing something you love.
to make it very clear and transparent : I love PRS CUs, and I love that it's about product, and that's THA best "this is how we are different, AND better". Thank You Sir Paul Reed Smith
I can't wait to get a PRS SE Paul's guitar! It's pretty much the perfect guitar for me, and all I'll ever need.
This was a very educational and entertaining chat! Happy 2022 to Paul, Jamie and Jack and their families!
Great teases!!!
Well done guys on not compromising and doing things the PRS way
They are excellent down to earth people. Thats why they make great geetars. i wish to own one too one day.
The best guitars made today. My s-2 custom 24 with core electronics is beyond amazing. Prs is in the Big 3 and might just knock # 2 off it’s perch
Hello,
I enjoy every day with McCarty 594! It is amazing guitar, like a modern "Stradivari"! Happy New Year!
Terrific chat. Fantastic attitude and transparency.I absolutely love my Paul's SE, and SE 245. I'm 68 and they stand up against my vintage guitars. Still play out weekly your guitars are just eager and fun. Thank you!
Being on the retail side seeing this videos and knowing some of the things coming to market boy o boy I can’t wait
Those bird inlays are iconic!
All the best for 2022.
yes new PRS are better than older ones . good job thanks

Hi team,
Keep up with the amazing work.
Heard! Happy New Year! 🎩
Would love to come up and tour the facilities in the near future. love my SE model Custom 24.
Wow, it’s interesting to hear it’s been this long! I think you all had been open like 4 or 5 years when we met! Great humans like ya’ll can’t help make incredible guitars! Jack, thanks I’m going to take you up on that fishing trip this year!
I love my PRS as much as my owned since new Tele 1966 met Leo Fender at a Show 1964 I just love what you are doing
Appreciated this chat. You should do these a couple of times a year. Thanks...
Damn you PRS guitars, you have sold me a silver sky that won’t let me put it down!!!!
Great guitars.
The search for my 60th Birthday present guitar lead me to a Wood Library McCarty with a Brazilian neck. I so enjoyed the journey to find it, that the acquisition made it all the more sweet.
Talent in shop floor. He gets it.
No question about it. Out of all the guitars I have ever owned, the best made ones are my PRS guitars. I still love my Fenders and Gibsons and Gretschs, because they do something different than my PRS’s, but my PRS guitars definitely have the highest attention to detail.
Thank you PRS! 🤘
Consistency is certainly the hallmark of PRS. Give us a double humbucker Vela please!
Can't wait to open that case!
The SE Single Cut with P90s are very cool guitars indeed. I have had about 3 over the years and should have sold any of them lol.
l
Let them wait,,,,, quality baby. PRS is all about it.
The best of the best... As always!
Paul, you’ve had that shirt for over 25 years..🤓😃 must be a truly great shirt and made as well as your guitars!
this is so romantic
im a customer. it feels good to know you guys want to make great guitars. my goal is to make great music. it doesn't stop at the output of the guitar. the guitar plugs into a pedalboard, then an amp, then a speaker, then a microphone then preamp, compressor audio interface, effects etc. where in that chain can you contribute, even if its a change in the guitar that makes the chain better. think big go for it. we are here to be your partner.
Just a great leadership team.
Yes!
Cheers .
About time, they do a new model in the SE line. Always the same custom 24, just a new color, each year.
True and the SEs and S2s are so good, I can't justify buying a core model.
Jan 11th.
i want to see a CE 24 full maple neck , stop tail, alder body with 85/15s
You pretty much described my ultimate CE! 🤘👍
🔥❤️🔥
I agree your Pickups are better
After so many years of buying and selling Fender's and Gibson's, and a few Ibanez' too (I still have quite a few, they're great) and playing perhaps a thousand different guitars in my life, owned, borrowed or just demo'd, nothing in the industry comes close to the sound, playability and especially the quality of the PRS's, period. (I will admit there are a few boutique makers I haven't had the opportunity to sample)
I see lots of vids on RUclips (Trogly's Guitar is the best for checking out Gibson's, but there are so many others) about what people consider incredible flamed LP's, and I always laugh, because you can pick any core model PRS, and their flamed maple just blows them away. I secretly think Gibson get's the scrap wood PRS wouldn't touch.
Wish they would come out with a Tele style
Wish for a PRS Custom 24 before this holiday season ends. 😥..
Paul’s creased jeans tell me everything I need to know about the man!
Interesting that you mention at 2:27 brand vs product. While you clearly made the decision to focus on product part of me is saddened that the brand isn’t as prestigious as it once was.
Are we gonna get a Greg Koch Tele from PRS?!?!!
In my opinion PRS makes the best American guitar hands down 😐 unfortunately I can’t afford to purchase one .
how about 5 string SE Kingfisher and SE Grainger? A lot of people probably looking for an SE Silver Sky
13:30 they talk about awards and mention an award for someone/something that changed the industry quietly with their work. I’m curious who and what they are alluding to. Anyone know who/what they’re talking about?
