Thanks. I would have the ball pointing to low when throwing deep and too high when throwing short. That made it way easier to make those throws. Thank you
Thx for this turtorial it helped me throw father so I could reach my brother but I did hurt my pinky by my football it hurts very bad but not bad anymore so I’m not able to play football for like 4 days
Awsome video. You explained the muscle groups that are used to throw a football very well, but i was wondering what exercises you would recommend to improve power, revs, etc. Ive been doing extensive wrist, grip, and forarm exercises, as well as training my lower body. But how would you recommend training?
@@Performancelabofcalifornia do you find that hand size matters alot for generating power when throwing a football? I only have roughly 9 inch hands and I was wondering if I should begin stretching them to try to get them to be longer
@@TInanatos I do think hand size matters but so does grip strength so even with smaller hands you can still throw the ball well if you have the right grip
Im 5 foot 9 135 pounds. I can throw 35-40yards. ive never played football but ive gotta dream to. I just started tenth grade. Would i be to small and weak to play qb in varsity and how should i get bigger and get a stronger arm. Ive missed this season
hey coach, first of all great video as always and i have another question, just curious because i saw CJ stroud in games having a really tight tape around his right wrist, can that help keeping ur wrist nutrual (sry if this isnt gramatically right) while throwing. Or does it have no impact?
My throws seem to always have the nose of the ball angled to the right instead of directly at the receiver. Any idea what I am doing wrong and how to correct?
Not getting the wrist around soon enough or releasing the ball early. I have a video on what the type of miss tells you about the throw. ruclips.net/video/cicUafu2u0Y/видео.html
Separating biomechanics is key. Thanks for the tutorial helped me understand the technique coming from baseball.

Happy to be able to help! 💯🙏
I have not l
Played wh in a long while, and this has helped a lot
Somthing I found that helps with the release spiral and accuracy is not leaning out of the throw or get to extension
thanks for showing the steps to throw a football Correctly
Welcome!🙏

Shoulders, rotator cuff and lats as well as grip strength which you usually get from pull ups and other lat training type exercises

I would definitely say that is a good option to help with the wrist.. Try it out and see how it looks/feels
How do you throw the ball when your being blitz
do you work remotely with players?
Hey Clark! Yes I do, the links are in the video.
Check that front arm/shoulder position when showing positions from other areas... ie front elbow
the way your talking and how good the form is you must be a pro football coach.
I am not but I appreciate the compliment.
Some days where I do good at throwing a football but some days I throw like I never thrown a football before why is that?
Because you do not have a great understanding of your timing and rhythm when throwing the ball.
No good throwing sequence

Extremely helpful, any other tips on how to avoid “pushing“ the ball with your arm?
Have a gap beetween the ball and your palm and be over the ball
