Thanks! I did a couple o track days here 5 yrs ago. Doing PCA here first of April. I’m going to watch this about a hundred times b4 that! I’ve done COTA twice back then and last month, and this makes so much more sense now. Back side of the esses, carrying throttle thru sweeper after short straight… starting to make sense.
Just did Track Sprints there and also my first time there and wasn't too sure on the downshift points and braking points on the track but after watching this, I know now. Good stuff. Can't wait to go back to MSRH.
Nice video Ian. I'm a Motorsport lover of all things and recently took my first ever track day at MSR Houston with a personal friend/one of the instructors there. Drove an AMG C43. Great job explaining. Wish I had recorded my lap like this. Hopefully one day I am back and driving something similar!
Good walkthrough Ian! CCW is definitely my favorite way to run MSR Houston and this had some good tips that I'll be trying out this weekend - Reagan (your significant other's cousin)
Thank you for taking the time to teach the track! I just moved to Houston and will be getting myself to MSR. I have no track experience so do you teach in person? Thanks!
No, thank you for watching! I will be there the first weekend of April with Porsche Club of America to hopefully get my instructor certification! I would love to see you on track!

Excellent info Ian! My first CCW at MSRH is Sep 21-22. Looks funner than CW.
Awesome tutorial! 🙏

Funnily enough. This video was uploaded on my birthday, the same year I drove my first track day at the circuit. Very weird coincidence.
Great job Ian! I love how you step thru your strategies on cornering. I didn't realize how complicated the handling is on that track.

Thank you!
Great video! There is so much to that track. Super fun.
Nicely commented!
Great job
Wish you went the other way
Wonder how different it would be
sorry for taking so long to see this but the clockwise video for this track is up on my channel!
Thank you for taking the time to teach the track!
