You did it again Jaz!!! THANK YOU!!! This is one of my favourite Michael Jackson songs! Can’t wait to practise this. So grateful for your tutorials. ❤️
The best example of me trying to feed the musical principles of the past I’m talking about bebop - is “Baby Be Mine.” [Hums the song’s melody.] That’s Coltrane done in a pop song.- Quincy Jones... Thank you for this excellent tutorial Sir House of Jaz!
Mr.Jaz you didn't it again your and awesome teacher you made it look easy lolWOW! Houseofjaz for life peace thank you so much brother Peace this the song Mike wanted out before Bille Jean.
hi, dont know if ur still here, but does someone knows why the song is in F#m but never uses the D and use constantly the D# whitch is out of the scale? maybe is it in F# Dorian mode??
The Sheet Music I used to play this has a "F# minor" key signature. Here's a link to the sheet music I used. www.musicnotes.com/sheetmusic/mtd.asp?ppn=MN0112479
houseofjaz (The Piano Tutorial Man!) yeah but if you listen to the record or notes he’s singing. When I sing this song the highest notes I gotta hit are C5 and D5 which is in Dm. Just try playing it in Dm along with the record and you’ll hear it. Love your videos though keep it up
@@Theparadoxband With every tutorial I've ever done, I always play it with the record before uploading. If someone request a tutorial in a different key than the recording, I announce it in the beginning of the video. If you play the chords I have in the video with the original recording from the Thriller Album(like on Spotify or Amazon Music) you will definitely hear that the chords match perfectly with the recording.
MJ is my Inspiration for singing. Hopefully one day I can be a singer as a career. Love your videos! Great tutorial!

Rod Temperton is my favorite songwriter of all time. He usually came up with all parts for the other musicians include lyrics and vocal melodies.

Remember music theory is just a set of rules of things in music that sound pleasant. Not a set of rules, more like guidance for beginners in the dark.
What Keyboard or Keyboard program do you use?
ToniMattTony, I. This particular video, the keyboard you're hearing is the Yamaha P-45 Digital Puano
Thank you for getting back to me so quick. What did you use on the "Wake Up Everybody" video?
You're welcome ToniMattTony!

houseofjaz (The Piano Tutorial Man!) I understand still a half step lower though
Like the key you go up to is the original key of the song
