It's funny how I used to be a tomboy, I had a not like other girls phase. I've recently started dressing more feminine like when I was a kid, it's uncomfortable at times, but I enjoy it, and it genuinely makes me happy. The uncomfyness, the pain, and sweating is something I silently bare bc the outfit as a whole makes me feel good inside.
Anyway just bc you complained about your heels, and someone scolds you for being impractical, doesn't mean you get to insult them.

I'm the exact opposite and grew more Tomboy overtime due to comfortability. Not doing it for the "not like other girls" trope but because it just feels more nice to me aswell with masculine clothing making me feel good too. I just wish everyone could just get along without judging eachothers clothing styles of how they wanna dress.💜

@Kulasa Yeah like it ain't about _trying_ to be feminine, it's what makes you feel good. I'm so happy I'm not the only one, I just realized that phase was tiring af! Like it's ironic how more free I feel wearing stockings and heels than any of the clothes I wore back then.

@@aangmaster9392 totally, the girly girl and the tomboy have been pitted together as "enemies". When it shouldn't be like that at all, I've seen a ton of hate of pretty pink girl troupe growing up making them the villain, dumb or a cookie cutter girl, the unique tomboy always cool and in the forefront so that kinda translated in my impressionable child man that girly = bad, boyish = good.

Tho the tomboy girl is the one who judge her first and then the high heel girl judge her for being not even about the whole masculine thing but for being a tomboy. Both are in the wrong. The first girl is upset because she wants to look pretty but the line is too long and it's getting uncomfortable, the tomboy girl wearing what she normally wears since this event isn't that important but is depressed since she can't make herself more feminine and/or the clothes that looks amazing on someone or a jeans that look great but she can't make it work and that's why she's a bit down when it comes to looking more pretty not necessarily for showing off but because she wanted to have that dress or that feminine clothes.

My parents dont like me being "boyish" yet I have to do all the painting and basically the construction stuff with my dad bc he has chronic illness so I have to help and they expect me not to be a tomboy. He made me buy 3 fancy outfits that I didn't want for my birthday. Which made me kinda sad. I'd just rather wear something im comfortable in. Not something really tight and uncomfortable. @@janinebelleestrada7096 Yes, most if not all of my clothes are made out of breathable fabrics sice I'm extremely sensitive to heat due to a condition. It's also the reason why I wear shorts. I know that one could look feminine with the right clothes, but since I'm fat and my body, especially my torso, is kinda misshapen (also due to said condition) most would either look bad or unflattering. Like, there are plenty of fat people that look great on feminine clothes, but they just don't look good on me, and I'm very picky about that type of thing.
Anyway, when I say make up, I don't mean heavy makeup, I mean makeup in general, I took up cosmetology in high school, and it all just went to waste, because I'm too lazy to even do simple makeup lol.

Someone without big complexes will not attack other's heels with such passive aggression. The girl just quietly complained to her friend, talks between the friends in public places shouldn't annoy so much, even if they include complaints. The way she interjected into the conversation is pretty rude. This would only be justified if they were yell at the whole room or were in a "quiet zone", but they are not and a lot of people on the background is talking. Rudeness for rudeness.

Girls who like high heels sure complain about their feet hurting but that doesn’t stop them from looking their best. It’s their choice and we definitely shouldn’t put each other down whatsoever.
