    Almost 2 years after I first started listening to your channel, just wanted to say that I listened to your thrombocytopenia lecture and this episode two days before the PANCE, while on my bike at home. I definitely got a question correct because of some info in this video. And I got that C! Thank you!
    I brought you along for the ride on a lot of walks during didactic and on a lot of commutes during clinicals.

    Got another one for you! PT has 1 T, Tennis, played outside (extrinsic). PTT has 2Ts, Table Tennis, played inside (intrinsic).

    I used to remember the PT and PTT as Play Table Tennis (PTT) INSIDE (intrinsic pathway) and Play Tennis (PT) OUTSIDE (Extrinsic pathway)...:D

    One thing to add with hemophilia”s Bleeding time is normal. While vWB BT is increased as well as PTT.
