    As always, lifesaver for the block exams! Thank you so much, keep up the good work. It would be nice if you could cover more topics within each system- for example in GI - bowel obstructions, diarrhea, etc.

    **Update**
    As of Dec 2021 per Uptodate: Antibiotics for uncomplicated outpatient diverticulitis no longer recommended:
    (December 2021)
    No benefit of antibiotics for outpatient treatment of uncomplicated acute diverticulitis
    ●For patients who meet criteria for outpatient treatment of acute colonic diverticulitis, we suggest not administering antibiotics

    I have had this as an answer on a few of my practice exams for Celiac...anti-gliadin antibodies (AGA) IgA for screening as well. LOVE your videos, they're extremely helpful.

    I really love your videos, but I would update your acute diverticulitis treatment section as ABX are not needed according to UpToDate. I just had my OSCE for GI and our standardized patient had uncomplicated acute diverticulitis, I prescribed ABX and was marked off by my grader to do so.

    Ditto on the 'sick as shit' line. I was like..... wait, what did he say? Too funny. I couldn't think of any other word that rhymed with "shit' that fit the context so 'shit' it is! Great teaching!
