I hear you on healing from CIRS being a journey. I've been in the process for awhile now, and it can be very difficult to be patient. Then I was in a car accident which set me back even more. It's been difficult, definitely a lesson in being present and remembering the only way to go is forward from where you are. This is a beautiful song. Thank you for sharing this with us and especially for sharing your story. It's helpful to hear from others going through similar feelings to help feel assured it's normal for our circumstances and to keep pressing forward!
In the ebb, again.🙁 In my search for a doctor for CIRS treatment I saw your video on Mastery Medical (Dr. Jim) that led me hear. I'm so happy to see your out of the ebb, and I love the song! In November of 2019 I was tested having severe mycotoxins in my body. Living in it with my Service Dog 4 years was literally killing when I discovered the landlord had painted over mold. The home tested having 420 times more Aspergillus & Penicillium mold air spores inside the home than outsider. Until you've live through it difficult to understand the guilt driven shame one constantly faces. Oct 2019, after years of symptoms and complaints (unknowingly CIRS) I tried showing my doctor the Mold AIR SAMPLE SUMMARY of the home. Refusing to look at it he said "you don't need medical help, you need to see Psychiatrist"! Praying for your continued recovery, Austin & Thunder
It's good to see you doing music even in a tough time Olivia. Thanks for your honesty here too. Previously I never could have imagined going through the journey of CIRS, and how difficult and confusing it would be. I'm not the one who has it, but my wife does. It's been a journey full of setbacks. For us, one of the hardest things is that Holly is a Pennsylvanian and I am a New Zealander, and no one treats it in NZ. It's not even recognised here in medical circles. So Holly returned from NZ to the US for treatment over a year ago, hoping to be able to come back to NZ sometime soon when she's well enough. We had two months together in PA recently, which was great, but then I had to go back to NZ again. It's lonely and tough going through something like this. It's only faith in God and a deep commitment to each other that gets us through the long periods apart. God is good, and thankfully faith and trust is able to grow even in tough times when our hearts are laid out before the Lord. Here's a video we made together when I was in PA recently. Crazy that I heard of you because of CIRS and not because of your television fame (partly because I haven’t watched television for 10+ years, I guess). Love the song and the message. ✝️

I just found you today. I've been sick for decades. My life crumbling around me since 2018 when after decades of many different diagnosises ( spelling?) I was diagnosed withwith late stage chronic Lyme disease and CIRS. I Lost all my friends and now my adult children are turning on me. My daughter (The 1 that I was closest to out of 3) and her husband have recently told me that they don't believe in this stuff. She flat out told me that she doesn't want to know about it and does not care.... The most heartbreaking thing!! 😭 I've cried for days now. Leaning on God...running to Him constantly and begging for comfort through The Holy Spirit!!!! He's helping me because I'm not thinking of suicide anymore. Imagine, They are very angry with me because I won't just medicate with all the pharmaceuticals and just zone out because "You're in your 60s anyway..." Thank you so much for this song. I saved this video. How can I hear the whole thing?
Tammy, I am so sorry I just saw this other comment now! It is so hard when the people that we love choose to not see our illness as truth. The Lord is so so good and I'm so grateful you are here with us on earth. Your life is so valuable and He has you here still because He NEEDS you in this world to be the hands and feet of His kingdom. Im not sure if you have gotten ahold of a good doctor but I recently discovered Roots and Branches. I see Genevieve and am a friend of Dr. D. I am blown away by how patient-first-driven they are and have never received health care in this way.
