Hi my daughter have schizencephaly. She can't control her neck she alway look up when she ia sitting, she is now 2 years old but her abilities are just like a 0-3month old baby, how can I strengthen her neck muscles and legs because ahe still does'nt sit on her own and she can't even walk until now
