That foam what is it called ? Looking at the quality and comparing with type most cobbler used always it has some holes distributed on the surface which might affect projects like this especially if nothing to filled up the holes bought looking at yours on video it seems more quality please I would love to know where you ordered or got them thanks I would appreciate your prompt response bro. Why do all that work for something that can not cost much anyway....Plus it will never look as good as buying a set....And finally TIME IS MONEY....That is too much wasted time for something of little value...You are not making gold, diamonds, or Jewlery....

That was VERY impressive. It should only differ in the diameter of the PVC pipe, to do it in 1/6 scale.
