cut using a cutter and ruler so that it is straight, after cutting you have to sand it to make it neater

Thanks bro but when i sand that long piece of pvc forward and backward on sand paper its straightnesw becomes un even can you please tell the way to sand that long pvc so along its length it stays even

The sandpaper should be attached to the board like minute 5:40 with slightly wider sandpaper and don't rub it half-half it should be parallel to the surface
