Dropped this on my 40th party last weekend when I was doing the music myself, and out of every song (6 hours of 90s to 2010s trance) this was bar far the best reaction to ANY song as somehow they had forgotten it fully! Never been asked for the same song on repeat 3 times in a row on a set before.

I very much appreciate people who write trance music. Sure there are other types and styles of music but none of them, in my opinion, makes you realize how beutiful life is and lets your imagination fly.

Timeless classic. Doesn't get much better than this. Trance nowadays can be good but this era was captivating and had its own feel to it. Can't replicate that. God bless what we have in the way of classics!!

Currently putting it together, and this went in as the penultimate track, followed by Delerium - Silence (A&B 21st Century Remix). Glad theres people out there that recognise some tunes are meant for particular points in a set. This is at the end... With the volume nudged up a couple of notches... :)

Ocean lab were absolutely amazing satellite, clear blue water, siren's of the sea 2000's weekends out wi the lads in Leeds this was played everywhere those were the nights.

People worry too much about what happened to this kind of trance, this trance will always be around. yes trance has "evolved" not "died", it sounds different learn to realize that music goes thru phases and changes, there were very beautiful years that sounded just like this song, but Trance like this will somewhere along the lines revert back to some of its roots and come back fresh. And Above and Beyond still kick major ass to this day, their stuff has always been elegant and emotional.

@UnWarierMage YES!! Introspective thought is what makes us SENTIENT. If the world were run by robots, they'd never understand our need for art. When you 'read into' lyrics and think about what they MEAN, whether it's what the artist meant, or how you perceive them THAT is what makes us the 'advanced' species. The line "I inspire the dreams that guide you" , I read into as if the power of LOVE is the one singing, talking to those who feel its grasp.
It happened again a week ago lol. I was entering the gym and Aly&Fila feat. Jwaydan - We Control The Sunlight was playing. I was shocked because trance is really not popular at all where I live. The worst thing is that you can't share those rare moments of trance in random places with your friends, because they don't even know what trance is :P
