About 9 years ago I was 42, and headed to divorce. I was in a very dark place, and discovered A&B with a few other Trance groups, it was very much therapy for me. I found it hopeful, uplifting, and comforting, almost like the lyrics and music were directed at me. I'm doing amazing now, but A&B still holds a special place in my heart. If they do an Acoustic tour again, I highly suggest seeing it.

This is not only in trance. It's everywhere. Efforts are more concentrated on quantity than quality and people consumes everything. Netflix is the easiest example: lots of crappy series, everybody watches them all.
