This is an AWESOME TRUCK! I'm trying to do the same concept here in Chicago and Im fudraising to get a truck. However, I will use the truck to feed anyone experiencing homelessness or food insecurities for free. I currently have a Roccbox and I'm using it to feed people now. I love the Gozney Brand! Keep up the great work Adam!
100% right I bought a Roccbox 5 years ago as soon as they were available in Australia, made my first pizza the same day (which i burnt let the temperature get way too high and was too slow turning it) but had the biggest buzz from doing it and a massive smile on my face. Ive learnt a lot since and haven't cooked a pizza any other way since having it. If you're thinking about getting one just do it they Gozney products are all fantastic.
Cool dude by the looks of it. When I eventually travel the 22 hours or so to the UK I will make a point to go see Adam for a pizza. I love the setup and am jealous of the dome accessories he has that we still can't get, the arch and the shelf, please make them available in Australia soon.

Adam is just Adam! Someone that has found a wonderful passion that he enjoys and is able to continue to try and try everyday. To have been able to put that gorgeous Chevy Van together, great color choices! Nice Gozney Domes, a nice step up from the RoccBox. Enjoying watching him work and share his happiness about what he does for a living

Dough process changes with the weather. Yeast levels & timings mostly change. My van has a custom dough cabinet which I can chill if needed with eutectic cold plates. The van stays a toasty 18c in winter with ovens running. Summer it can hit 60°c though.
Gozney really need to focus more on providing the accessories to customers instead of still dragging out time line every couple months. The domes a great oven but it doesn’t go higher than 500 degrees with gas and loses heat rapid when turned down to low. These are the things that they miss which is Fuckin annoying and they only way to get it cranked is with adding wood which they don’t tell you either

We have been really keen to get them absolutely perfect before releasing them to the market and are pleased to confirm we have now launched accessories to our original pre-order customers in the US as of yesterday, with plans to do the same to the UK and AU next month. After that, general sale will open up in all territories, meaning everyone will be able to get their hands on them! You mention your oven doesn't go higher than 500 degrees with gas. Is this in Fahrenheit or Celcius? If Fahrenheit, we would like to look into this further as it should definitely be getting hotter. Why would you trade the roccbox by the dome? The're both for 1 pizza, isn't it?
Larger pizza, quicker recovery time plus the added extras he has on them, plus they look sexy as hell!

so many things wrong with this vid... it isn't a "bad" video, but the person showcasing the making the pizza, I believe, was the wrong choice
