Sunrise 19 February 2011 Hobe Sound, Florida

Today I went to the beach for the sunrise and here I am sharing some of what I saw while I was there.
The morning and sky was so clear I chose to use the 1080 setting. However my poor little laptop can no longer deal with the high volume files and either failed to render or would not complete the mission when I finished editing. Changed the render setting to 720 and it still took a long time to complete. At least it completed the task. This I pass on in the case you get the idea you want to step up to a DSLR and some 1080 video. You'll need a good photo and video editor, good thing one usually comes with the camera. However you will likely have to have patience if you have an older processor or laptop with limited computing capacity. But it is still way more fun than my days with film and 35mm SLR fun. Guess you have to spend what you saved on film on computers and digital media storage. lol
