As a UPS driver in upstate new york she isn't lying. I try to get done before 6pm in the sunmer and 4pm in the winter. I often get weird looks from people while driving but i keep it pushing but I remembered when i saw family in Atlanta GA it was nothing but hardworking beautiful black people in FedEx or UPS drivers. I felt a sense of relief. I judy wanna say I'm 24 years young single and no kids and been a UPS delivery driver for over 4 years. With good pay and benefits. Also they do hate a young black man with a focused mindset. I will do 4 more years at UPS. For now I'm making over 70k im saving up and working on passive income. These jobs will kill us.

Yep, she is on point. My cousin moved to a town in Conroe Texas. She said she couldn't buy the house she wanted. Because the Realtor told her she wouldn't be welcomed. So she moved to a new community in Conroe instead. My cousins are from Cali. This happened in 2023. It's called Sun Down Towns. Our Government is allowing for this behavior to continue. Because they want it to continue. 💯

Part of the issue with that is they'll put black people in the more urban areas where the routes are twice as hard because of business, apartments, business pick ups that have to be back at the building by a certain time, plus drivers can be targeted for robbery. And the job is holding you to the same standard as the people who are delivering in suburban areas with less business and apartments.

Sir, I am so glad that you brought this point out. I have been saying things like this for a long time when I hear people quoting what year it is and being shocked about certain things that are still happening. I always ask, Please tell me what happened in the previous years to make you think things should or would be different in 2024. just because laws changed had nothing to do with the people changing. laws can deal with the results of racism, but it cannot deal with the heart of a people and what they believe is a birthright. Actually known as the culture of racism and it is passed down through family legacies.

I lived in Germany off and on and I felt relaxed in many cities and towns some say it’s backwards or a little slower the than US but my race was never thrown in my face for negative feedback it was a different experience
It should be where if a whole town decides that they don't want certain people that are working for delivery companies to come to their town, then that company should not allow anyone black or white to deliver there. Its discrimination against the employee to have their company being okay with it. I would stop working for them because its wrong, but in some way i wouldn't care because it would be one less route for me to do.
