Great advice, the holster is so so so important.. I have a bone yard of holsters that I thought would work... rookie mistake but now I’m pro level haha..

I think it would be a good idea to point out shoulder holsters as an alternative to ankle. You can carry a bigger gun and nothing goes with a tucked in shirt like a blazer/sports jacket. Not to mention it would be easier to get to
Streamlight Microstream runs 20ish bucks. 90ish lumens. Runs off one AAA. Small enough to keep in a pocket or waist band and not feel a bulge. Decent light for EDC. Rechargeable ones runs a bit more expensive with 200 plus lumens. .
It took me a while until I started to carry everywhere I went. Mostly because like he said I wasn't comfortable with my gun. It was big and I printed too much. I wanted something sub compact like a Glock 26 but because of a hand injury I couldn't properly shoot something that small so I went with a Glock 19

I also carry a Micro9 kimber in a ankle holster and I have a good reason behind having an ankle pistol. Say you're in a position that you need to be down or crouched, it is damn near impossible to draw an AIWB and the same goes for inside of a car or any other seated position. Also, yes, I do carry a Deagle AIWB sometimes and I do so while wearing a T-Shirt and I have zero printing; I make my own holsters and spend a bunch of time getting them fitted and being as concealed as humanly possible and making them retain well enough to withstand being vigorously shook upside down but also being able to be drawn very very very easily.

Got any advice on getting over the fear of carrying a round in the chamber at appendix? I don’t have an worries when I carry at the 3-30 position but just can’t get over the thought of a loaded firearm pointing at my junk. I carry a shield that even has a thumb safety and use a holster by Vedder. So I know the gun and holster is reliable. Any tips I would appreciate. Love the channel.
When I first got my ccw I was nervous to carry with a round chambered because I don't use the external safety on my pistol. So I would set up my gun as if dry firing so striker cocked on an empty chamber. Insert my mag holster and ho about my day. Did that for 2 weeks checking when I got home to see if the striker had fallen. That gave me the confidence that I needed. Hope that helps any one who may be reluctant to carry with a round in the pipe
I usually wear jackets any time of the day so I will usually use a shoulder rig, if it's like 100+ out I'll use a 3 o clock or a 6 o clockcarry, appendix makes me nervous lmao

Tip 1: NEVER go with one in the chamber!!! If you'r not in a war zone, U don't need one in the chamber!! Here some reasons for that. 1, It's too dangerous, One mistake of yours or your loved ones and you will cry all your life!! 2, When you pull out you'r gun in front of one who endangers you or those around you and you racking the slide in his face, In most cases he will be scared and realize that his life is now in real danger and he will back doun!! now you don't save only you'r life but his life too. Whene you racking the slide in front of the one who dangers someone he realise that this is no more game and 99% he will back doun!! If not now you can shoot him and know you did everything to avoid that. Yuo do'nt want to shoot someone that piting a loded gun to someone! If you do that hi can shoot him by ecident
I carry a 17 I wasn't sure I could pull it off but thats what I want to carry because thats what im most comfortable with my hands are to long and wide for a 19 and I'm a pretty tall and lanky skinny dude so I can conceal my 17 with rmr x300u B in a trex arms sidecar with spare 19x mag.
Honestly man I doze off at night sometimes with my gun and spare mag still on haha on the couch of course but still. I own a small company in Kentucky so it’s in my appendix holster, a G3C TORO that’s been customized to no end Lol polished internals, everything plastic replaced with stainless steel, the trigger is polished too so it’s their OEM trigger but refined. With a TLR-7, spare mag along for the ride in an appendix rig as well. Separate but same concept as yours 👍🏼 my frame has been undercut, the beaver tail enhanced, the pic rail thing cleaned up so the light sets properly. It barely works without my clean up job 😕 works great now tho!! Haha
Totally wrong..... round in the chamber? Dry practice! What is this Sparta? Actually, spot on great content and life saving information. Ima share it on my social media. I would add one more to do as protectors and assets to our communities. Learn how to stop the bleed, carry a substantial aid bag at least in the car.
I'm so skinny that my pistol prints no matter what I do! I've spent well over $1200.00 buying holsters and around $3000.00 on different pistol and caliber variants. I'm SOL...
I've had that issue too. If I wear clothes that fit and look good then I get printing (even with a small p365), if I wear loose clothes it doesn't but then I look bad. I don't like off-body carry but that's just what I have to go with most of the time. Vertx makes great bags for CCW.
I would like to know what concealed pistol would you recommend for my wife? And the type of ammo for it. I’m always concerned for her safety due to certain people always attack women. I’m sure you know what I mean. Thank you from a Army Vet.

🤣🤣🤣🤣
I carry a 17 I wasn't sure I could pull it off but thats what I want to carry because thats what im most comfortable with my hands are to long and wide for a 19 and I'm a pretty tall and lanky skinny dude so I can conceal my 17 with rmr x300u B in a trex arms sidecar with spare 19x mag.
I truly appreciate you watching.
Someone made a mistake and hit the thumbs down button.

What I never see mentioned is loosing the gut. This is the single best advice for good concealed appendix IWB carry.
Thank you for watching .

Haha
Thank you I appreciate you watching .
Absolutely right. Medical training is absolutely key. Thank you for the input man. Also thank you for the comment, it helps us grow.

I rotate between the seasons summer I rock a glock 43x and fall/winter I carry glock 17 appendix tier1 concealment holster.
Awesome. How do you like the 43x? Ive been looking at those lately.
As of right now I carry a Glock 19 appendix with a Black Rhino Tactical holster and mag carrier. Looking to upgrade to the Teir 1 Axis here soon!
It really is a great holster. I would recommend this or the T Rex Arms side car.
Thanks for the comment, it helps us grow!

I love that you didn’t edit out the phone call. Real ass video!!!! I’m also married to T1C, best on the market
Thanks for the comment man! Yeah it's hard to beat that T1C. Love it
Really good comprehensive training
Thank you
Thank you for viewing the vid man. Been playing catch up on comments tonight. Thank you sir for all of your comments.
Thanks for watching.
Still waiting for a video about your Jeep haha
haha sorry Tommy. It will happen someday I promise.
Alex
I would like to know what concealed pistol would you recommend for my wife? And the type of ammo for it. I’m always concerned for her safety due to certain people always attack women. I’m sure you know what I mean. Thank you from a Army Vet.
